How does this clown still have five spaces to speak? He doesn't deserve one for comments like this.
Cleverly, they put the five stars out of quotations.
I also would like to see if the game has more varied environments rather than a grey industrial setting. While it does look good, I have a feeling that if I played that game a lot the graphics could get boring quickly due to all of the gray. I hope I'm wrong, but that's just the feeling I get now...
My hope is that, once we see some daytime screens, those premonitions will mostly disappear. Daylight could reveal a color scheme that may be a bit more varied than this, a la G...
ok, then.
1) I didn't "attack" anything you said, merely stated what I felt many of us gamers do.
2) To answer your question about fanboys bashing each other's 360 or PS3, your "normal" person will not be reading those comments let alone visit gaming websites in general. Therefore, they are not influenced by the hate being flung in either direction.
I answered the question from a perspective of a person who loves games. Now,...
Rooftrellen: Because many people, like me, want to play fresh, new, (most importantly) GREAT games that aren't the same old Nintendo games we've seen for years. At least I'm in that boat, and that's why I have a 360 and my next big gaming investment will be a PS3.
Hear me out now, Wii people. I have said previously that if Nintendo had thrown a better graphical capabilities/HD into their system at, say, a 100-150 dollar increase in price, I'd probably want the Wii... a lot.

"When shots this good-looking were guaranteed to be rendered"
...uhh. Is anyone else slightly disappointed in the relatively simple texturing here? Meh....
Should still be fun, though.
My 360 version is having disc read errors--namely, right after a mission is completed and I am back in the fortress thing when the dude is giving me the run down. Sorry, I'm not remembering names well right now--just completed the first assassination.
But, yeah, this is happening on both systems, unfortunately.
EDIT: I have added my gamertag to my profile for the person beneath me.
And outside of the glitchiness, the game is pretty damn fun. Rig...
Fall Out Boy?
I don't know if I'm getting this any more....
You have your opinion...
But it's wrong. I doubt you've even ever played R&C.
You can look at it that way, but none of those systems had a 33% failure rate. That sort of malfunctioning is inexcusible. I had the RRoD, and am now scared to play games on my 360 for 2+ hours (luckily, I was able to play Bioshock for 4 or so straight without a problem).
If I get another Red Ring, I'm getting a PS3. My income will dictate whether or not I trade my 360 in to get it.
Regardless, this news sucks. Disc Read Errors have to be Halo 3 at fault, a...
Pug, you need to get Gamefly. For the price of 3 games a year, you can play one, send it back, play another, send it back. I love it, and I don't get game overload. It's a good problem to have though.
For sure, Jenzo. If Motorstorm is perfect to them, then Heavenly Sword is definitely not perfect.
Don't get me wrong, I am very much looking forward to playing Heavenly Sword whether I buy a PS3 soon or not. It looks like a great game, but it's hard to attain perfection--I hope I'm wrong and it is perfect.
I have to agree with beavis here. The characters do look sharp and, overall, fairly impressive. However, the environments do look rather bland in many screenshots, and the lighting could use a little more work. In all, however, the graphics have come a long way. To me, there is no doubt in that.
Well, I'd like to have both systems, but that's going to have to wait until the next PS3 price drop. Until then, school is too expensive to justify the expense of an extra system.
Being that I have a 360 and not a PS3, yes, I'm a bit peeved that it's going to be 20 dollars extra.
^^ReBURNED.
That sucks. I have a 360 and no PS3--I much prefer wireless, as anyone else who's sane would. Maybe I can trade my 360 for a PS3 straight up after I play and beat Bioshock and Mass Effect... lol.
I can't even wait for Streets of Rage 2. Best beat 'em up ever, IMO.
You, sir, are an idiot.
Anyone who doesn't want this game is a fanboy or retarded.
Wait, they're the same!
My 360/AC combination froze a number of times. Usually after I exited and re-entered the Animus between missions, when I was talking to the leader. Names are beginning to escape me now, as it's been a couple weeks since I finished it.
Anyhow, it appears to be a cross-section on both platforms. Some people have freezing issues, some don't.
