For a change, today I'm glad to be italian (not so much the other days).
It looks kinda meh to me. In all honesty, I've seen better facial animations. Plus, this game is very generic and derivative (it screams similarities with Mafia).

I just hope Final Fantasy Versus XIII is the next true FF game even though the combat is going to be completely action-orientated like Kingdom Hearts. But hey, if we have a world map, overworld, side missions and quests, HUGE world and amazing storyline then I won't complain.

Well said my friend.
This article is deeply flawed: it mentions small companies like Nippon Ichi and X-Seeds, that are known by only five or six people in the world and whose presidents probably don't even have the money to buy themselves a new car, but fails to acknowledge the existence of Level 5 (whose growth is unstoppable, fueled by million-selling series like Prof. Layton and Inazuma Eleven and strong partnerships with both Sony and Nintendo), Capcom (whose Monster Hunters series sells up to 3-4 million...
Hold on a sec. It's true that Sakaguchi was responsible for a huge loss of money with the movie "The Spirits Within", but it wasn't him who decided to merge with Enix. First of all, the higher charge he ever occupied within the company was vice-president, and most importantly, he lost that position soon after the epic fail of its movie. That decision to merge with Enix was taken by the higher ranks of Squaresoft in accord with their shareholders, it has nothing to do with Sa...
...And sorry for my English, I'm actually Italian.
As someone who writes about videogame, you should know that Nintendo does never attend TGS, and make it clear in what you write.
Given this premise... assuming that a Nintendo game could appear at TGS is nonsense.
Who cares what people COULD think?
No one asked about the game being or not being at TGS, so no response is needed. And even if someone DID ask... you should have simply said that Nintendo and their games don't belong to TGS. ...
Whoever wrote that article is an idiot. Nintendo NEVER attends TGS, they have their own press conference every year, scheduled for the end of September.
Since The Last Story is a second-party game, it's only natural that it would be absent from TGS, and this has NOTHING to do with Xenoblade's localization or else.
Someone please explain this fact to that ignorant person (I'm too lazy to register on that site just for a comment).
Actually, PS3 is on the market by less then 4 years.
I agree with most of the pics, although I would have put them in a different order. Good list anyway.
The fact is, Siena has an ancient tradition of horse races that take place every year. It's called "Palio" and every Italian knows about it. Seeing the symbols of the Palio associated to car races insted of horse races is somewhat offensive. Also, they're under copyright and you nedd permission to represent them elsewhere.
Anyway, I'm with the fan of the game. Siena is doing too much a fuss of the problem. They don't seem to know the poplarity of the...
Siena is not a company, is an italian city
Man, I wish I knew Japanese...
I also wish the people at Namco Bandai weren't such a**holes...
It's LARA, not LAURA...
Will people ever stop to mispell her name? -_-
EDIT:
Btw, the article is well written and worth reading.
Skyward Sword is my favourite so far.
Proud to be italian :)
Just make it happen!
I want this game so badly.
The only thing I don't like is how the OST got remastered. The original was nearly perfect, the best soundtrack in the series.
And they say they're waiting for confirmation.
The only thing fake is the image, but if you actually READ the article maybe you won't report an article who doesn't deserve to be reported...
The list wasn't for JRPGs only, as Dino Crisis and Klonoa are not JRPGs, for instance.
