I bet it's for PSP. There's still some time before Vita's launch, and they already made 1-2-3 for PSP, so it makes sense for it to be on PSP (wich is still selling a lot in Japan). Of course I'd rather see it on Vita or on both platforms.

My second JRPG, right after FF VIII. I have fond memories of Bof IV, it was damn good. I remember a friend of mine laughing at the graphics and failing to understand why I was captivated by the game...
