EA and their hard-on for consoles, which is ironic considering they started out as PC game developers.
Crysis 3 looks pretty on PC but it is, at its core, a console game and thus designed around the limtations of consoles (no destructible environments, poor A.I., etc.).
This, combined with the "always-online" component, is beyond fucking stupid.
If they stop leaving out content to sell later as DLC? Then yes.
I thought Knack looked pretty "next-gen" with its physics, even if the aesthetic doesn't appeal to everyone.

You have NOT played the PC version on its "highest settings" (which you probably think are Ultra, like most broke-ass fanboys) or you would get headaches when trying to play it on PS3 due to the vast differences in resolution and framerates.

I own Crysis 3 on both PC and PS3, and the console version's framerate is goddamn UNPLAYABLE by comparison, never mind "THE GRAPHICS!"
And yet, both Apple and Nintendo have shitloads of $$$ sitting in the bank.

DRM and BC are NOTHING alike. BC is a LUXURY. There's nothing stopping me from playing my PS2 collection on a PS2 just because Sony decided to be Indian-givers with the PS3.
