ya, "trendy" people do tend to be sheepish and like to do/get what theyre told/see others do/get.
personally i hate that, unless its a really good product the thought that im just one of the many sheep to have one just irks me i love my individuality.

well it all comes down to mindshare- most people who now want a smartphone think of the iphone first, then second they dont look elswhere because of the "Ooh look shiny!" effect even though other phones can be just as sexy and still more versatile and cheaper, also alot of consumers dont really pay attention to their options.
youve never used one of the higher spec android phones (droid, nexus one, legend and soon evo 4g) then have you? cause those are smooth as butter, beautiful BIG screens, and if its an htc absolutely beautiful interface to boot. you should give one of them a whirl.
anywho not hating on the iphone, in fact i love what apple has done for the smartphone sector, its just that the iphone os imho is getting a little stagnant and behind. heres hoping apple steps it up with the next iphon...
meh, im only interested in alan wake. besides i can only afford one game a month as it is anyway. ill probably get 3d dot heroes later on though.

not only that, but it will sync to nearly any mp3 player or phone (works flawlessly with my hero.) not sure about ipods/iphones though.
i ditched itunes for media go, and im loving it. just wish they would integrate amazon mp3, but sony is probably waiting until they roll out their music section of the ps store.

either that or my killzone saves are immortal and like to jump from hard drive to hard drive.

use the backup and restore utility.... you will find that your precious copy protected save survive the trip. i know this because i upgraded my harddrive and all my copy protected saves were restored on my 500gb drive, but it needs to be the same system.

actually if you use a usb drive and you run the backup utility copy protected saves are backed up - but you can only restore copy protected saves to the system where they originated
