I would say I'm surprised people still haven't learned since this gaming generation but im not. We're talking about some of the most fickle scatterbrained short attention short memory types.

Id prefer goat simulator myself. None of my friends care about sports games so the playing with your friends part/argument is invalid to me as far as that decision goes.

*This current generation's obsession with speed running
*Inability to take the time to read some things in games i.e. mashing buttons to proceed through important story-centric parts of games
*Increasingly small attention spans/patience

*And lastly,
The fact that a larger portion of the player base that buys games this gen are adults who grew up gaming but now don't hav...

Someone else made a point to say that its funny how we dont bat an eye, blink or complain when it comes to upgrading our phones every year for 500-900$ yet here we are bitching about a console that costs less which is an option btw.
