I think the Division is a great game, but one of the greatest Multiplayer experiences of this generation? No way.
Not saying it won't get there, but right now its not exactly overflowing with multiplayer content.
Im surprised there are 1000 Xbox One's in Japan. As much as this site hates M$, Japan REAALLY hates M$ lol
Agree completely. Just look at launch consoles - $500, but then a few months later you can buy some nice bundles for ~$300.
If you want to stay on the bleeding edge of the tech, you are paying a premium as an early adopter.
Since when was gaming as a hobby cheap? You have to pay to play.
Hell, "Ultimate Editions" of games can go for $150+ and those still sell out. FOR ONE GAME
Sure, $400 is a good amount of cash, but for the price you pay - its definitely a lot of bang for the buck.
(and this is from someone who really doesn't care for VR)
Good price for it. That $100 drop from $500 seems small but for whatever reason makes this much easier to pull the trigger on
Such a valid point - but this site won't want to hear it unfortunately
Consoles would have had serious issues with texture packs like that. Would've run like a slideshow.
PC version - fair argument to made there.
I agree that $400 is probably the target to hit, but plenty of people on here have been posting $300 which I just don't think is reasonable to expect
Wow that looks like an entirely different game
You can sell hardware at a loss, if you expect Software sales to makeup for it. At launch - ill still be surprised if this is priced at $300 like so many are expecting.
Im sure it will drop to that relatively soon, but I bet early adopters will still have to foot the bill on the new tech.
Very skeptical HBM2 cards are going to be out by the end of the year - at this point Polaris still seems like a big question mark, let alone Vega
"Everything you need to know"
(except price)
Trying to strengthen console gaming AND PC is gaming is a bad thing. How dare they
Having never played the original version, definitely excited to try this
Meh - this sounds like a list based only on review scores without actually playing the games. But to each their own
6) Driveclub - outside of launch issues, I have only heard good things
5) Ryse - It was a short game, but for a launch title I really enjoyed it
4) Street Fighter 5 - no comment/haven't followed it
3) Titanfall - Enjoyed it, but honestly with other shooters competing for my time at that point, it was pretty forgettable. Disappointment...
Pussification of the world continues.
Outside of games made for an 8 year old, how is just flying through a game with no skill rewarding? Why must games cater to everyone?
I think more games need make it challenging - force people to actually learn/practice.
Sony Defense Force is out in these comments.
Remember: Just because M$ is shipping/selling consoles doesn't take anything away from your PS4
I'm enjoying disks while I still can. Not going to have the choice for much longer I bet
I would add "Map Improvements" to that list. I feel like the world map has too much going on that doesn't mean anything/is just confusing a bit.
Like the little orange boxes around icons.
Would rather there be some way to tell which resource areas you have visited recently, or something like that
It looks so similar to the previous souls games, but at the same time the graphics look significantly improved. Its weird.
Better lighting and shadows maybe?
