so I have never been a pachter basher per say and I also have never had too much of an issue with xbox live prices but this really makes me rethink this guys credibility. question 1 is "WHY?" second thing is it really does not makes sense for xbox to raise the price. people already b@!tch and moan about the live price and M$ has it at a legit price right now(come on roughly $4 a month, cry me a river), but raise it and I think it will hurt them more than it will gain.

If I am not mistaken I beleive it depends on which state you live in to determine if you pay taxes. when I lived in MN and bought things from amazon I did not have to pay tax...now that I live in california, I do :(
