ODST was an EXPANSION...how is it so hard for some people to realize? Halo 3:ODST was the title.
reach isn't a part of the main halo series? I don't even know what to say to you. It was made by bungie and it is set in the Halo Universe and it CONNECTS the current story. therefore making it part of the main halo series.

As crappy as the first darkness was in certain respects...I enjoyed it. had some fun gameplay mechanics and an entertaining story, I will be checkin out the second one for sure.
p.s. I encourage everyone to go pick this game up from your local bargain bin, while not worth full price you can get The Darkness for like $5-$10 in yo...

Personally I don't think Uncharted is going to hurt mass effect sales, to be honest most people will play through uncharted's (based off of previous titles 8-12 hour game) then go buy a much longer game ...Skyrim/ME3...

Gears 3 is in fall of next year, mass effect is holiday next year, uncharted, and elder scrolls are all slated for fall if I am not mistaken. thats a heavy line up. but yeah Need to find band aids for my wallet...it is going to take a beating!!!

At this point both m$ and sony are making profits of the CONSOLE and have been for a while. Their gaming divisions are not exactly doing positive numbers.

I don't know if I agree with all of your points...but I see where you are coming from...to be honest this year was small amount of releases with BIG quality all over them! I bought a ps3 basically for Heavy Rain and God of war series, but yeah not a whole bunch going on this year just good quality exclusives.
it pretty much has been microsofts biggest year. only a fanboy says something that stupid. Xbox 360's are nearly SOLD OUT and if they are not you can buy the 4gb NON KINECT and thats it.
