Consoles are computers yes, but I wouldn't consider them PCs. Xbox and gaming on windows is the same platform while Nintendo and Sony run their own proprietary platforms. It's why as someone who PCs games a lot, I never saw the need for an Xbox since I could play the same games on my PC.

Hey kids, today we're gonna talk about something called Scope Creep. When you build a game years ago, you're building constrained for the technology at that time. Delaying the release means what you have is most likely going obsolete. Continuing down this path means you need to revamp or completely redo what you have just to keep up with existing technology. So what does it mean? It means Star Citizen may never come out, and if it does, it will always be behind and outdated.
