Set the timer to 20 minutes. There's still plenty of time and no real challenge. I am sure most did this, hardly seems like a secret.
Not without genuine exclusives. Good games are reason enough to buy systems.

I think the most important step xbox could have done was to get exclusive games. That seems to be the ultimate driving force when people choose consoles. Many of us have gaming PCs which xbox games are included on, so logic said go with ps4 for games you couldn't get any where else. Why I own a switch too, but no need for xbox.
