No, but it's the best game of this generation so far. Of that I have no doubt.
Best game I've played since TLoU, and although the game is 'opaque' at times (it really is) I enjoyed trying to figure out the story and lore for myself.
My favorite ending is actually the one where you submit your life. All three endings are bitter sweet, though, with no real resolution, which is ok.
One turns you into a 'great one' (why the hell would I want to be a mindless monster) and the other has you take over as the watcher of the ...
I'm thinking Sony's holding off on the custom themes because they want to sell their own.
Still, I want this. I want to be able to set a screenshot as my background. I have so many good ones.
I'd also like an appear offline feature.
You lost me at thrust jumps.
CoD is dead.
The textures seem the same to me.
Alright, LMAO.
I don't notice it.
Although I respect DF's analyses and enjoy learning about the technical aspects, I think it turns otherwise happy gamers into silly nitpickers.
"Frame pacing" which I wouldn't know existed had it not been for research, hasn't affected my game play, or enjoyment of the game one bit.
The way I see it? Whatever is good for developers is good for us. If new tools help them to develop games more efficiently. That's great.
That being said, I don't expect any huge, radical changes from DX12. Subtle perhaps, but not mind blowing.
The first time I saw Charles Dance was in Alien 3, which is admittedly a not so hot movie.
Still, I had a feeling about Charles and believed that he was capable of taking on some great roles. He's a very convincing and talented actor. Glad he's in the game.
Alright, LOL.
Both parties are stupid. No, really. They're both garbage. Both of them. Equally. Garbage.
This is a cool picture, though.
I'm really looking forward to this one.
Love this kinda stuff.
Awesome.
60 fps seems lofty for the amount of detail in the game, but that's so awesome if they can reach it, even a variable 60 fps would be welcome.
MS seems to have done the same with Witcher 3, imo. I'm not even sure if I've seen PS4 game play of W3.
PS+ offerings have really gone downhill over the last few months, imo.
Xbox One's have been ok. I did appreciate Rayman Legends.
Not these days.
They're both highly susceptible to attacks of all sorts. Though, I suppose Xbox Live service is generally more stable due to its beefier infrastructure.
On that note, PSN has been behaving quite well this gen as regards to online gaming/connectivity/quality.
Both consoles take big hits while whether effects are on, but the Xbox One really, really struggles.
I'm a console only guy, so it's PS4 for me. The PS4 version also manages 1080p vs the Xbox One's 900.
Although what you stated in terms of GPU spec is fact, the disagrees are probably pouring in because of your bit about Xbox fanboys.
All fanboys suck, but that statement wasn't even necessary.
Sony.
