What was once going to be a super expansive world with top graphics and beautiful monsters, is now going to be relegated to a DVD sized game full of corner cutting and graphics that don't look all that much better than the PSP. Also, Waggle.

People say it looks kiddy, but what's kiddy about creating your own maps and levels.
When you get this game, you won't need a 2d side scrolling game ever again. You can fully customize the way the levels look, the music, you can make your character look however you want. Sure they put flowers on the characters and all that, but if you really want to, you can design armor and a helmet for your little guy if that's what tickles your fancy.
Will you say the game sucks when you see Mario Bros levels on there? A Halo Side-Scroller? Limitless possibilities and when people get creative, I'll use Garry's Mod, Forge, and Starcraft's Use Map Settings games as proof to show people are geniuses and create the best games.
I expect the community to be making some sick maps for this game in due time.

I went to my cousins house and when he turned on his 360 and I saw that "Futureweapons" ad, ZOMG XBOXLIVE DESTROYED BY ADS!!!!!!!!!!!
Of course I didn't. Ads generate a revenue stream that make their respective services better, and cost less. Bring on the ads, I don't mind, as long as they don't interfere with anything I'm doing.

It's like Second Life, but awesome in that, you meet people and you can jump into multiplayer games on a whim with people you just met.
I think it has tons of potential. (I don't care about Trophies, buying stuff, or advertisements, I do care about how it affects how I play games)

The PS3 sold 5 million units in 1 year with NO games, gimped firmware, and at a pricepoint higher then any other console.
Games, Firmware Upgrade, Price Drop = Sony Win.
It's entirely possible that the PS2 games will eventually be emulated in software only in the future, but really. They didn't take out BC. If you really want BC, dish out the additional 100$ for the PS3 that does have BC(What you would pay for a PS2) and you have a PS2 in your PS3 console.
