...Holy crap...
The critically acclaimed (By Me) and fully endorsed (By me) greatest handheld game ever made (My opinion): Beats.
Jesus settled out of court for 10 million dollars. Jetski company went bankrupt :( Poor guys.
Sony and Nintendo have hundreds of lawyers, notaries and file analysts who check all this before their hardware is released. I'm sure they saw this already and considered it negligible.
However, you can also bring up: So then how did Sony miss Immersion when it came to their Dualshock 2?
My answer is because they overlooked it when doing the original Dualshock, the rumble in the Dualshock 1 and 2 are near identical, I guess they thought they could've gotten away ...
Allow me to comment with some expert knowledge.
My buddy, who is a programmer at Ubisoft says the Wii and the PS3 have miniature operating systems within the controllers themselves.
It is my belief, that the lawsuit lies within the underlieing BIOS of the controller, hence, Handheld Input/Output, which is what two of the letter in the anagram BIOS stand for. Basic Input/Output System.
I may be entirely off and wrong, but I don't think it's farfetch...
You did well Deep. Good article, thanks much.
Thank God detective dipsh*t was on the case on this one eh?
Yeah it DOES look gay, unfortunately, if you look at some military fighting techniques (and I've also seen it in Krav Maga technique), knocking out someone like that is the quickest, and quietest way to do it.
And the Halo thing is just there to replace the radar. They took it directly from Portable Ops.
Finally, the game being played by someone who has an idea of what it means to be stealthy.
I also love the CQC maneuvers he did. It looks like big Boss from some MGS3 cutscenes, except now, that's all playable.
Absolutely see your point Bladestar. I'll bubble you up, you don't deserve 2 bubbles.
1.2, Games, and the thing is, alot of 360 owners are happy owning a 360, and that alone offers no incentive to get a second console.
I don't think it's possible for Sony to "fix" their image of the console, but what they have to do is set an image for their titles. Bladestar (2 or so posts under me) is absolutely correct in his statement about developers making games for the crowds they wish to cater to.
Naturally, I speak on the behalf of North America...
I would buy a 360 just for this. Wow.
Unless they don't change it at all. I tried going back to Perfect Dark/Goldeneye, but the lack of free look gives me massive headaches.
Goldeneye + Free Look + Upscaling = Me buy 360 arcade pack :)
You do know Splinter Cell 5 got delayed three times because the QA's main complaints were that the game was extremely boring right?
Funny, Warner said the EXACT same words.
Either way, as much as I care about High-Definition movies (I'm a video/audiophile at heart), I wanna see this format war end because I'm sick of seeing this topic plaguing the main site now.
I don't know what's up with the disagrees, but you present a good point. They're humble and not taking anything for granted and realize they still have alot of work to do.
Good post man, bubbles + agree.
Final Exam is to play MGS4 and explain and contrast Kojima's answers to your own theories about all the mysteries and loose ends.
Generic Character's are pretty much ONLY found in rpg's. And this is because most are copy-pastes of each other.
"Seemingly ordinary boy becomes warrior, saves girl, doesn't get laid."
Sure, their art direction is usually spectacular, but fundamentally, their stories are all the same.
I'm trying to think, but Master-Chief, Kratos, Drake, Lara Croft, Agent 47, Gordon Freeman, etc, all have their own unique looks and have style. Yes, most o...
Yeah, from what I read, this is how it works.
When the GPU can't handle what's being outputted to the screen, three things can happen, the developer can choose. Either the framerate stutters and drops frames, the game slows itself down, so everything appears to go in slow motion, or the screen tears itself in half where, the picture experiences no slow down because it just doesn't render a portion of the frame to let it slow down.
This fluctuation from 60 to 30 w...
This is the correct answer. Kudos to you sir.
It won't look as good if it's on the Unreal 3 engine I'll tell you right now...
