Calling it near perfect (Which a 95/100 is) is a bit over the top. The game has a number of flaws i.e.: The AI scaling/simplistic controls that can't be overlooked.

B: The level cap is level five. 5. F. I. V. E. It took him four games to hit them level cap. Once you purchase the code (For 85m or 800MSP tomorrow) you get the other however many levels.
