Not a game I'd be into in all honesty, but good job to the person who produced this video and content.
I've got an $80 Razer Imperator and $60 Razer Ironclad.
Sure, they sent it to me for free, but when you want to play at your best, these products really are the greatest.
The time old saying applies; "You get what you pay for".
The game type we play is called "Warfare".
It's 32 players, 16 a side, each with a maximum of 14 AI soldiers, so 448 soldiers on the map at any given time, you can also get tanks, light vehicles (Jeeps, APC's, Trucks, Artillery pieces etc) and air vehicles.
There's about twenty five towns, and each has a central bunker that's similar to a flag in the Battlefield series.
By capturing more towns you get more 'Suppl...
Just finished playing a seven hour long multiplayer game in ArmA 2.
Was fucking amazing, and if you've got a PC you owe it to yourself to check out both ArmA 2 and ArmA: Armed Assault.
I usually steer clear of idiotic 'GRAPHIX' posts like yours but this was too good an opportunity to pass up.
Look at the quality of the textures in the Battlefield 3 screenshot, the bump mapping on the tiles and the anti-aliasing on the shadows of the fine soldier kicking the door in.
Now go look at the flat texture on the ground beneath Mr. Uncharted's feet, and take a look at the stack of books just to his left and how 'flat' they look. ...
> imminent
> "next few months"
> implying imminent means nearly a 1/4 of a year...
All just buzzwords. Heard all of this before.
I'm sure it'll be a good game, don't get me wrong, but it's not going to be some be all to end all experience just because it's on a PC.
Best racing game of 2011.
It's a military simulator. It's not meant to be fun.
I've played 400+ hours of it and I love it both from a military side and gameplay side.
It's actually not that deep either. It's a little bit of everything.
The tank gameplay isn't as good as Red Orchestra, the flying isn't as good as Digital Combat Simulator A-10, the infantry experience is perfect though.
No this isn't the most realistic FPS.
Go check out the "Advanced Combat Environment 2" mod for ArmA 2.
Yes, it's a seperate installer.
And no I don't work for Ubisoft, but their DRM is fine. It's just a matter of ungrateful swine whinging about more pointless shit that they have no control over.
Suck it up and keep playing, otherwise just leave gaming. Simple.
Hey wiseguy, I'm on a 9Mbps connection, I pay $70 a month for ADSL, so this isn't even fast internet.
My connection never drops. I live in Australia, one of the worst money-to-data cost countries in the world. If I can manage a decent connection so can you.
Go buy more games for your console, see if I give a fuck, because PC is better off without whining little bitches.
Ubisoft DRM: Who gives a shit. We live in a world where something like 80% of the population has access to an always-on internet connection.
If you can afford a PC good enough to run games Ubisoft publishes you should be able to afford a decent internet connection.
Starcraft II: Who needs LAN when you have the internet. See above.
IW-Net: Only thing I agree on. Activision and Infinity Ward lost their minds making Modern Warfare 2. Direct cons...
Think this will be the first title I buy for my 3DS.
I'm the same - I don't see the whole big deal in 'hacking' Xbox LIVE accounts but this is pretty lulzy.
Likes a game that hasn't even been announced yet. Perfect!
Because this isn't out yet, idiot.
Fucking sickkkk!
Great beta and the graphics really are impressive.
Some nice lighting and motion blur, too.
