I heard the PSN is down because some hobo named Chauncey went streaking into the Sony building and locked himself into the room with all the servers.
Sony shut down all the power in that room (including the servers) hoping he would come out since he has no lights or anything now, but since he didn't have electricity in his cardboard box of a home before it hasn't had the ideal results.
Thing is the setting doesn't look cool in Rage.
The Borderlands, Bulletstorm vibe kills it.

Considering the RROD issue, I doubt any other company would have been able to overcome that.
You have to have jedi mind tricks to keep people thinking it's worth buying after such a wide spread crippling issue and that all goes back to marketing (viral and traditional).
BLUR is my favorite racer this gen.
I hope they know what they're doing.
19.99 is a tough sell
Each version has it's own team working on it now it seems.
So in theory each team should do the best they can on that platform.
There should have been differences between versions of games this gen.

Wii2 is going to have bluray and developers will be able to make games for PS3 and Wii2 that take advantage of the bluray space.
Thats why Microsoft is now trying to get a new console together because unless MS waives the extra disc fees publishers will have enough of a market between PS3 and Wii2 to make games and could leave the 360 out of its plans
So they think they reveal it this year at E3, but then wait until the end of next year to release it.
That doesn't make sense.
So there will be 2 E3's before it releases.
If it gets announced this E3 it will come out this year or early next
