A Huge genre in Gaming, The sports genre is basically the same every year with new "additions" and they seem to get better. It has to feel familiar in order for players of previous Cod games to hop on and get reused to the new game relatively quickly. New experiences are great and all but if you're gonna change things completely around make a new game and don't continue the series. Or make it a spin off or expansion to the series.

Can't wait for this and it looks like no one else can either. Maybe in addition 2 character DLC they'll add level DLC also. Whether its $12 or $15 or even $20 I'm still getting this. Honestly I played Castle Crashers more than some $60 games i bought.
I'd agree completely except that there are so many more PCs out there. And every person who really anticipated a game will get it 1st week since this articles about anticipation, thats what we should be looking at, not total sales. Sales after a few months occur due to good reviews and mass amounts of friends playing NOT anticipation.
I was saying Starcraft 2 was the most anticipated by the most people but if we're ONLY talking consoles then it has 2 be GoW3, GT5 or Halo Reach depending on who you ask. Personally I'm more excited about GT5 since I didn't find the Halo Reach beta all that great(it was good though).
People waited almost 10 years for starcraft 2. I think it was the most anticipated by PC Gamers. Overall it has 2 be GoW3 or Halo Reach

They shouldn't match up correctly since theoretically the holiday season should be in different Quarters but it doesn't matter since the point of the article was that the PS3 outsold the 360 in the 2010 fiscal year.

Hate 2 ruin all the PS3 fanboys day but The xbox 360 still has the lead. The PS3 gained most of its sales after the slim & price drop 4 two reasons. 1: Many people bought the slim because it was cheaper than other blue ray players 2: All the good exclusives came out shortly before and more were one the way. Most of the 360s sales happened right around the time Halo 3 came out for obvious reasons. Consoles go through patterns and The 360's going to have a large gain in sales for reason...
