Okay, sure, or they could make it like the PS3, and there'd be no Marketplace, no TV/Movies, no Arcade, and online matches would be overflowing with cheaters.

Oh, I completely forgot to state my opinion on the whole thing. I think it's great, and if you don't need it, don't buy it. I'll be getting it day one, because I need HDMI and I'm a heavy marketplace user. Seems fair to me. =)
