Forza 2 = Simulation. Not some arcady, dolled up, shell of a racer. It's down and dirty realism. 60FPS with physics running at 120FPS and persistent damage and customization. Grow up.

What do you expect? 1UP always mangles their media; whether it be screens, video, or even audio, 1UP will find a way to screw it up. The reason there's such a discrepancy is that the third shot you posted wasn't touched my 1UP, it was put there unmolested. The first two, however... =/

These bi-monthly updates are depressing, especially when there's new content, sometimes as much as Sony is releasing now, every day on Xbox Live. Please, please, please, please, PLEASE, Sony, get your online act together. Get us some demos, more trailers, ANYTHING. It would be greatly appreciated.

I was getting the same vibe. Very similar visual style. I was thinking that it'd give Resistance a run for its money. Looks great, it's just too bad that Gamevideos mangled it with their horrible video player. Yuck.

Yeah, you should check it out. It's really addictive. I was critical of it too, when I first fired it up, but now I'm a believer. Just be sure to get the orbs. Oh God, the orbs. They'll haunt you when you sleep. D:
