It would be hard to pass this deal up for $500. I'm just waiting for the PS4, I just bought a Vita last week and I'm loving the hell out of it. It's also a good time to own a Vita with Dragon's Crown out and Killzone Mercenary showing very good promise of an excellent shooter for a portable.
Yeah probably profit too. Most Vita components like the gpu and processor are more likely to be a lot cheaper. This would be a very good deal if it is true. Lately there good games have been coming out for the Vita and if you include the psp and ps1 game library then it's actually quite large.
Better everything is completely subjective. Great graphics alone don't make a great game. And yeah I have to agree with Cooguy why you're telling everyone is a nerd while you have a gaming rig, it's the pot calling the kettle black. Also I play on both platforms, there are great games for pc and consoles. Why should I limit myself to one platform if I have the means?
Too much hatred is really bad for the mind and soul. I support Sony but I don't need to bash the Xbox One to make it look better. I'd rather have the games speak for themselves. Besides it would be a boring world if there was no competition. It's just consoles and they were meant for fun.
@superlupe
That's all you need to say and it's a perfectly acceptable reason. I'll also buy a PS4 because of said reasons. Though I have to be honest in saying that overclocking is a bad sign since it gives the impression that a processor is underperforming. It would have been better if MS replaced the processor instead which leads me to the conclusion that the processor is already in production and it would be a financial disaster to scrap it for a newer one which would a...
Contra theme gets me pumped up even to this day! I already have a guitar version of the theme as my ringtone :)
Candy Crush disgusts me, it was made to leech money from retarded people and it relies more on damn luck than skill to play. The games developers makes Capcom look like petty thieves in comparison.
I hate trash talking but it's something that I've learned to live with. I play a lot of Dota 2 so I'm really used to it. Besides I'm always sure the person who usually trash talks is just another trash weakling who can't say it to your face knowing he'll get his ass handed to him if he does.
I don't disagree seeing as phone hardware does go stronger on mobile phones. But that's also the problem with android phones. There are so many devices and games have to be programmed to be compatible with many types of processors and gpu's, also piracy is quite rampant with android so it can be quite scary with major developers. I'm not really against mobile phone gaming, I just can't take it as a serious alternative to my consoles cause all of my favorite games and devel...
I have many games on my Android phone, those android games don't hold a candle against my psp, 3ds and vita games.
I've never seen a pretty feminist in my life. And for the life of me I've never had a decent conversation with one. They just seem to be a group of women full of insecurities and resentment.
Bought my Vita used, it was a gamble but I was lucky since I got one that was barely used and had free 4gb and 8gb cards plus two vita games. It's easy to tell if a handheld is properly taken care of if it still looks very good and with very little scratches. If it doesn't have any scratches then it most likely hasn't been dropped. Also the Vita is a very robustly built portable console and I haven't heard much issues regarding any hardware faults.
I agree, Nvidia wants to make Android a serious gaming platform. The problem with that is that Android is also prone to piracy so I don't think a lot of devs want to risk releasing a high budget game for it. For now I have to admit that the Vita and Wii U are having trouble but I'm seeing good signs that good games are now being released for them on a monthly basis. The 3DS also suffered from game droughts but after a while things improved.
There's a lot of potential with...
There's already too much Doom already on Vita :) I'm honestly more excited for Killzone Mercenaries from what I've seen. That game makes me feel happy owning a Vita.
Considering what a disappointment Rage was I'm not sure if I'm even excited if he has a game he wants to make. He's a brilliant guy that understands many things about making games but I think he's behind the times regarding modern games.
It's not overpricing, new hardware costs a lot to develop. The PS3 was priced high in the beginning because of the cost of the bluray drive and other new components. They even sold PS3's at a loss. The PS3's gamble with bluray payed off and the PS4 is reaping the benefits.
I'd rather play KZ right now on the Vita than Doom 3.
I've been exposed to too many anime and manga to see the designs as over the top. In the end the design controversy gave the game more public exposure.
This doesn't look like a portable console game! I'm definitely getting this for my Vita!
Dang I'm very jealous of you getting into beta. I've seen the gameplay footages and it looks more like a PS3 game than a portable game.I can't believe they were able to use the KZ engine on the Vita.
