The PlayStation TV has some potential but it needs the PlayStation Vue App pronto. Once it gets that people should get a free PlayStation TV if they sign up for a year of Vue. Also maybe give Plus subscribers a $5 discount each month on Vue. Another thing they should do is allow people to get a lowered package at $20. Also if they ever do get Disney and ESPN they should be added into the $50 package. PlayStation TV also needs Netflix. I see lots of potential in the PlayStation TV.
I still don't see the appeal in using emulators on touch only devices so I don't see the reason to release classics on mobile unless they are going after the piracy market on mobile devices. I actually hope they don't put classics on mobile so they can focus on the Virtual Console they already have which still lacks a lot.
I still don't understand whos horrible idea it was to make games install in-game instead of before you launch the game like on PS3. They actually take longer to install than my PS3 games which is crazy considering how Sony said they were supposedly improving this experience on PS4.
Well for what you get the price is right on. Sling just splits it up allowing you to cut more of the crap out and buy channels almost individually, while this seems to force you to buy all of it in one package. I think if they add ESPN and Disney it would be a good deal. I'm actually paying $150 a month for non HD channels and crappy internet from Time Warner Cable. This honestly looks like a good deal if you can use it in more than one room with one account which Sling wont let you do.
So will cards that support DirectX 11 support DirectX 12?
I'm still hoping someone at Sony realizes that Ape Escape, MediEvil, and The Legend of Dragoon are awesome Games/IPs that they own and fans want more from these series. To be honest the PS4 has made me sick of FPS and Zombie games.
Yeah games definitely need objectives unless they are exclusive to mobile games. Minecraft(On consoles) is a game that I think hugely needs objectives. Creating stuff get's boring quick. It also feels like the updates don't really add anything to the fun anymore and they definitely don't improve the survival mode. I wish there was objectives, quests, more enemies, story, or even a proper level system that is actually worth a crap. After playing Cube World it showed me how much Min...
Hurry up and let me pre-order it in the US GameStop. I mean who wouldn't want to pre-order something without knowing what it is or how much it will cost? On a serious note Nintendos current console is not in short supply and I don't expect the next to be either if it even is a console.
Hearing the Japanese voices when your use to the English voices makes it even more distracting. :(
So is it officially not getting a dub? The Japanese voices of some of these characters are beyond horrible to my English speaking ears, Goku especially.
No ROMS are illegal. When you buy any of these games they state it is illegal to rip or copy the game. But I think you should be fine as long as you own the games and don't actually spread copys of the game on the Internet. I don't see how extracting a rom and downloading a rom from a random website would be seen any different based on the actual TOS from these companys even if you own the game.
@GutZ31
Wow didn't know that but you have to agree ...
Not everyone who buys a PC gets it for gaming while all PlayStations are for gaming so it's surprising when a gaming device is beat out buy a device not meant to only be used for gaming.
Wow over 200 million PlayStation devices sold that have PSN options yet they have not hit this? That's pretty amazing I guess. Is this talking about just logged in at the same time?
Usually I think the Japanese cover art looks cooler but this time I think I like ours better.
If it's $40 or less for up to 4 rooms than I would get it. I think we might be getting Direct TV which will be $50 a month for 4 rooms for the first year, then it goes up to like $80 the second year. Time Warner Cable right now is charging us $100 a month for the TV service alone and only one room gets HD and very few HD channels for that matter.
P.T. for me unless we are talking about the stupid flash maze games that have jump scares at the end which I stupidly fell for.
My Wii U get's the worst ports but I still get bad ports on my PS4...
I see everyone is feeding Activisions greed with their COD DLC. But what can I say I bought it too.
Probably Another Third-(Party)-Degree Burn. There are many reasons why 3RD Party games sell bad on Wii U but the main reason is that most of the time they are just bad ports. I know I have some of those 3RD Party games. COD Ghosts, Madden 13, and a few others I bought were horrible ports. Most of them had not only bad frame-rates but sometimes they even had graphics that looked worse than the Xbox 360 ports. While Nintendo's games have actually looked a step up from the Xbox 360 with fram...
No...If you enable VSync that eliminates screen-tearing but adds input lag to the mouse. Now AMDs solution to this problem is Freesync. You no longer have to enable VSync which means it eliminates the input lag while Freesync eliminates screen-tearing. But of course the catch is that the frame-rate has to stay within the range the monitor supports. The technology I think supports frame-rates between 8-250. But most of the monitors so far only support 40-144 which means if the frame-rate goes ...
