I can tell the difference between 900p (Battlefield 4 PS4) and 1080p. But between 30fps and 60fps it's way easier to see the difference. Yeah 900p definitely looks duller like @elda said below.

I would expect any mini Nintendo console that is released to receive a lot of hype regardless. Of course I would be more hyped for a SNES Classic since I have nostalgia for its library of games specifically Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country. Name some good triple a 3D Platformers on PS4 and XB1 that are like Super Mario Odyssey. The genre never left but it's not as good or pushed as it once was. Ratchet & Clank is the only one I can think of that was good but it's more of a shooter than platformer in my opinion.

It sucks that they are not using any real surfers but besides that the gameplay looks slightly better than the older surfing games.
I was more into the The Last of Us multiplayer than the story (I'm sick of apocalypse stories) but even then the micro-transactions were bs and at launch on PS4 the multiplayer was broken with connection issues for the first couple of months.

Personally I don't consider any of the big 3 the best anymore since they all have major flaws (My Sony/Nintendo fanboy soul died with the PS4/WiiU). Even though I wasn't that into the Xbox 360 I will probably be getting a Xbox One or Xbox Two (lol) when Scalebound releases.

Though just because the game runs at 60fps doesn't mean it will actually have good responsive gameplay. I've played 60fps games that felt like 30fps gameplay wise.
