Give me every Tony Hawk and Dragon Ball Z PS2 game and I will re-buy all of them for trophies!!!
By all means go buy the disc then, you will definitely be paying more than $10 for the complete game on disc.

I like my 3DS but it's not worth the price when the graphics are barely more capable than the decade old PSP. It doesn't even come close to the graphics the Vita can do but of course the games are where it counts.
It would take 8 hours to download 8GB's on around a 2mbps connection. If your speeds are that low please don't play online games so you don't make my experience bad if we happen to be in the same lobby.

The Patch does make the frame-rate near perfect on some of the earlier stages but they still have drops and the new levels they just added run horrible. Also the space level seems to drop frames every time you use the power-up or grind. It would seem the power-ups in all of the levels with them cause the frame-rate to dip. This game still needs more patching for me to consider the frame-rate even close to good.

The lack of piracy didn't kill the Vita but the measures put in place to prevent it did.
It would be great as a PS1 portable if it wasn't missing so many PS1 games.
Would anyone buy a Wii U priced the same as a PS4 or XB1? It would have been really stupid to sell the Wii U at the same price as their competitors during Black Friday.
I rented it from GameFly a couple of weeks ago and the frame-rate drops were the biggest issue. With each level you unlocked the frame-rate issues and bugs just became more and more apparent. In my opinion the last level is the worst in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater history. My brother just bought a copy from GameStop anyway for $40. I wouldn't have bought it but hopefully this new patch fixes the issues it had when I rented it.

It's rare that a file actually plays through it for me which is why I continue to use Plex through the web browser.
The fact of the matter is that this isn't porn and I've seen unrated/r-rated versions of movies that actually have "real life" porn in them sold in stores so I don't see why a-rated "fake" games would not release in stores along with them.
Nintendo doesn't drop the prices on their own games hardly ever which is very idiotic in my opinion. This results in more people only buying Nintendo games and not having any left over funds for third party games.

Don't pirate the games, buy the cartridges and use the RetroN 5 which pirates the emulators.
