Yeah I'm happy for em. I'm glad they had the balls to try and bridge mediums so heavily to flesh out their narrative.
Of course not everyone liked it, but it was interesting and I really like the game.
Yeah that'd be damn cool.
Oh man. I bet they're working that into the new horde mode.
@Rude
?
"Whenever somebody uses the word ‘horror’, people go ‘Survival Horror!’”, laments Fergusson. “It’s not Survival Horror, I’m a big man with a chainsaw gun. "
Lol
"I’m not walking backwards down a hallway, scared, right? What I go back to is the word ‘tense’. There’s a darkness and a tenseness to the tone of Gears 1. That’s what we’re trying to return to with Gears of War 4."
I like it.
Interested to see mor...
It's not bad considering, but yeah it makes me scratch my head.
Halo 5 did it nicely making all maps available for free with MT's inclusion.
But here they are just in rotation. That's kind of meh. The Coalition should change some things, or make the maps completely free.
I'm surprised they didn't follow Halo 5's model.
@TheCommentator
Maybe because his comment is a bit misleading.
You're two comments insinuate it's available to purchase for $3000 when that's for the devs kit.
If I'm not mistaken it's not a device ready for anyone yet.
And you can't do many of the things you can do with Hololens on VR and vice versa. They'll both provide diffevent experiences for the same features tho, but at a decent price if you wanted to stream games y...
Holy sh*t. According to the game tracking I'm a bit over 6 hours. I'm at the end of Act 2 at the junction.
You read the screenplay? Funny as hell haha.
Off topic: Just recently found out about tracking. Gonna check my other games.
Well it is supposed to be 60 fps and the shot is zoomed in.
Wow. It's gonna be another one of those comment sections lol.
That's understandable with the way BC went with the ps2. After having it on the X1 tho I'm really loving it. Hope it's standard going forward.
Just because it's been done before doesn't mean it isn't a big risk to take. And it's far more than just live action cutscenes.
Five 22 minute episodes with branching storylines that impact the games story.
They obviously took a big risk.
???
What does the order or driveclub have to with this? I agree they have been unfairly reviewed, but I feel like some of you are projecting.
@rainslacker
I think the story (of the game overall) is really damn good so far. On act 2 and only watched the first episode, but I don't feel it took anything away from the gameplay story portion. May change later on, but it's good right now, and first episode was pretty good too imo.
Not sure if they're bias, but I agree the game isn't anywhere near broken.
Edit: Actually it's not broken at all.
Double Edit: Wait... was that a time pun?
@hades07 100% Agree. I'll be honest when I read that "i'm glad it's w/e hours long cause my time is, etc, etc" I used to feel like that was kind of a wobbly excuse. But I feel the same way now too. College papers, drawing, speeches, tests, and trying to use some time to play through The Witcher Series, Bioshock series, The Wolf Among Us, Dark Souls, etc, etc, it's kind of tough.
And yeah same had to make time for the Witcher 3. But when I got to the world sta...

Producing a higher image quality than 720p.
Again tho regardless it looks crazy.
Not exactly 720p, but not exactly 1080p.
Regardless it looks damn fantastic imo.
That's amazing lol.
Kinda expected this with Remedy's approach for the game. Some reviews glowing and some like GS not digging it.
It's interesting seeing this range of scores though. Have it pre-ordered and hope i'll enjoy all aspects of it like the tv portion. Love what I seen so far gameplay and story-wise.
Same, its incredibly insane. From the actual article:
"I can’t begin to imagine how sheltered the lives of modern technology employees must be to think that any amount of hours they spend pushing a mouse around for a paycheck is really demanding strenuous work."
Guy can piss right the f*ck off (excuse my french).
