You will find the same situation over on the Xbox One as well. Neither console has hit their stride yet for games. The second year of a generation is when you start to see the heavy hitters roll out. EVERYONE on the planet should know that by now. You should probably sell your PS4 and grab a WiiU if you aren't willing to wait any longer. They are just starting to hit their stride now.

For you maybe. Some of the best games I have ever played have been indie games. I have been gaming since 1985 though. Had and Atari and Pong machine to play on until I got my NES for christmas.

I agree with you on the bundle prices. If I had more money I would be all over that Walmart bundle for $329. The fact is that there are about 140k more PS3/360 sold than PS4/X1 so it is safe to assume that there will be PLENTY of sales for each console going forward. It would be stupid to think only X1 would see a boost from people upgrading.
That might actually be a big part of it. Insomniac has a rich history with Sony consoles. They are the new guys on the block for most Xbox gamers who never had a PS before.

What if people don't want their library/download list filled up with a ton of games they have no interest in ever playing? Don't you think it makes more sense to give people the option to add it to their list?
It should help but big games will always stress the hell out of a network on the first couple days. People rush to play them right away the first few days and then settle back into normal gaming habits after that.
Azure servers are pretty nice. Most of their use comes from the corporate world though. Xbox is actually a very small piece of the Azure pie.
There has not been one reported case of someone having their credit card info stolen. Sony also gave away a free year of identity theft/fraud protection to all PSN users just in case.
I think it is about time people stop using that as some kind of ammo.
The value of MCC is sick. I will be picking it up eventually when I get my Xbox One down the road.
I will say this about TLoU Remaster though, Sony could have very easily held it back from PS3 and made it a launch game for PS4 like Microsoft did with Ryse. I saw it more a chance for 360 only owners who made the jump to PS4 to experience the best game on PS3.

Halo would be a game that would make me buy a Xbox One as a person that owned the Xbox and 360 along with all the Halo games. I am just as qualified as anyone to judge this game and I would say to wait for the beta. Who knows what this 7 second clip is from. It could be a single mode or something. They may have classic mode where it is like Halo 2. If not Halo 2 will be out in days.
It is funny we have been hearing how Sony can't afford new games for about five years now. I keep buying them so they must have found money somewhere.
People are basing it off the fact that Black Flag was 1080p on PS4. They assume that automatically means that Unity can too. The fact is that we really have no idea what is going on in Unity that might use more resources compared to Black Flag.
People raged over TR because it was already advertised as a multiplatform title. Hell, you could preorder it for PS4 already at the time of the announcement.
Also it would be shitty if Mass Effect went Sony exclusive since the game started on 360.
