You can change Cole's clothes. I played through on Hero with the standard clothes and played through on Evil with a Reaper skin. I also have the option of a Kessler skin and a Classic Cole skin. You can also change the skin for his Amp weapon to a 24k Gold Amp, Samurai Sword, Caveman Club and Sly Cooper's Cane.

I got the game for free and I still say it was not worth the money. I was very disappointed with it. It was very short and the story didn't really do much for me. Halo: Reach on the other hand is worth every penny I spent on the Special Edition.
On Topic: Having played a decent amount of inFAMOUS 2 and platinuming inFAMOUS, I can say it has improved upon inFAMOUS in every way possible while keeping the core mechanics intact.
Think about it though, a 40" screen would be cut in half to form split-screen co-op. This tv is giving you two 24" screens for your split-screen co-op. There really isn't much difference in the end when it comes to co-op. If you play a ton of split-screen and have a small room, then this would be perfect for you. If not, then go for a larger screen size.
