That's how I understood it too. Those prices were the out of contract prices. That would lead you to believe that AT&T would offer a discouneted price with a 2 year contract.
It all depends on where you live. AT&T has the best service around here. I am sure they all have their good and bad areas.

If Ratchet and Clank died off tomorrow, Insomniac still has the Resistance franchise. That's the same developer, let alone all the other exclusive IP's that Sony has as a whole.

There has been one new God of War release on PS3 and a remake of the first two PS2 games. That is a total of "TWO" God of War games this generation.
There has been four new Halo games released on the 360 so far and fifth has been announced. There is also a remake of the original game on Xbox announced for the 360. That makes a total of "SIX" Halo games this generation.

Killzone 3 and SOCOM 4 are amazing with move controls. Certainly not tacked on at all.

I don't understand how it would suffer. They opened a brand new studio in NC not too long ago. This new game is being deveoloped there while the guys in CA are working on Resistance 3.
Tomb Raider is inspired by the exact same things as Uncharted so there is no reason to believe that Naughty Dog wouldn't have released Uncharted had Tomb Raider never existed. The truth is, we will never know that answer because Tomb Raider does exist. And besides, all games owe their existance to PONG!!! :P
I agree. This is probably my most anticipated game for next year. I have been a TR fan since day one and this one is looking to be a great addition to the franchise.
Oh, and Tomb Raider and Uncharted are about as much alike as Uncharted and Gears of War are so can we please stop with that garbage right now.
They are updating the store again on Friday. It will probably be included in that update. If not I would gues Tuesday at the latest.

I reserve a 10/10 score for that one game that truly sets itself apart from all the rest. That game that influences the way we play games for generations to come. That game that helps re-define a genre. I can only name a handful of games that fit this mold.
Here are a few games I would give a 10/10:
-The Legend of Zelda
-The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
-The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
-Super Mario 64
-GoldenEye

The difference is that the PS3 has consistantly outsold the 360 worldwide since it released. So in this case the headstart really did make all the difference.
The original Xbox never stood a chance against the PS2 in the first place. They were the new kids on the block. The PS2 had a massive library of games and the household name.
Microsoft did the best they could with a first gen console. They got their foot in the door and expanded on that this gen.
You would be surprised how many people there actually care about basketball and other sports.
