Agree with you dude, Halo is very run off the mill. Just been playing the original for the last 2 hours and the whole game is basically the same circular room repeated over and over again with either aliens or zombies in it.

Personally i disliked Mario 64. Its stupid to say its a perfect platformer or even its the best mario game. The main reason its looked upon so fondly is because it was the first 3D platformer that actually played remarkably well but the game pulled a horrible trick to forcibly lengthen it by making you collect 50 or something stars before you could fight bowser, effectively making you play most levels more than once.

Thats the thing, if everybody used a Jabra BT125 then the voice chat would be great, but you get people using terrible 5 quid headsets with massive interference and you end up having to mute the player or leave the server if the game your playing doesnt have a mute option.
I own both consoles and im buying the 360 version for a number of reasons:
- There is no PS3 limited edition
- Much prefer 360s controller for FPS games
- More of my mates own 360s than PS3s so i can play them on live
- You cant deny xbox live headsets > bluetooth headsets
- The PS3 version supposedly looks slightly better, but at least with the 360 there is the guarantee of 2x antialiasing, and the beta looked great.
