How about concentrate on what makes it scary, fun to play and fucking localize it.

Sony Won.
Not to say Microsoft did a bad job because they announced a lot of great games and convinced me to at least consider getting an xbone.
I still felt that Sony could have announced more though, something truly exciting and unpredictable.
Ubisoft and EA were fucking terrible though. The only new game between them is the new rainbow six and there are plenty better games than that series.

i'm personally more excited about the potential behind the studios that sony own but have yet to make any announcements.
Naughty Dog, Media Molecule and SCE Santa Monica are all big cards held by sony but they've yet to play them. Those three alone could offer AAA exclusive games that will easily sell the ps4.
PS4 looks amazing at the moment but the future looks even better.

It should be judged based on games you can ONLY play on vita and unfortunately that's only a handful and the majority aren't really decent. Calmer than last year. Generally a good thing but most of the games I was really excited for got pushed to early 2013.
