I don't really see the point of a super powerful console when all the games are going to be available on PC. if high specs are your thing then just get a fucking PC for christ sake. I'm no PC master race (In fact I can't fucking stand them) but I honestly won't invest in a scorpio if there are no exclusive games..I'll just buy them on PC and if any friends do decide to get a scorpio then that's still fine because I can still play with them through my PC....
Yeah and the Wii sold better than the ps3 and xbox 360. Sales figures does not equal quality, it just means that it appeals to a larger market. Besides, nobody buys CoD for its single player campaign, they buy it for the mindless multiplayer. The majority of people who buy CoD won't even give a shit about that trailer or the story, they just want there next CoD multplayer fix.
Before we realized it was just another CoD game it looked like it had potential. Exciting combat, great graphics, cool space-stuff. People's imagination tends to run wild, the potential it had could've been astounding. A proper FPS space simulator with an epic storyline, ship customization, mission choices etc etc.. Now we realize it's just going to be another run A to B shooting stuff for about 3-5 hours and thats it, campaign complete.
CoD always looks amazing...
it was fun at first but it got old real quickly. She screamed at everything. They could've announced an empty snickers wrapper as a pre-order incentive for Quake and she would've exploded with screams.
lol no
I'm as casual as they come...I get destroyed in games like DMC or ninja gaiden but have beaten every game in the souls series. No, they're not hard. They're really overhyped for difficulty which adds in this placebo effect that makes people think they're too difficult.
But they're really not...They're very enjoyable games. I loved just exploring finding all the weapons, spells etc. The bosses are incredibly fun to fight and even some of the enemies o...
What makes souls game so appealing is the reasonable challenge they offer. Sure they're hard games and punish mistakes but they're at least reasonable, they've designed it extremely well. However I felt with Nioh the difficulty was a bit much and felt artificial at times. This is coming from souls vet, i've beaten them all from demons to dark 3. I'm no beginner but I was mostly dying to bullshit. Fighting more than one enemy is likely to get you killed, I know this should ...
I still can't get over the fact we have a release date but we have no idea what is actually being released that day lol. Could you imagine this scenario with literally anything? It's hilarious.
Stalling the NX to march 2017 when it might have more games readily available might be a smart idea. First impressions are important, if they release a console with few memorable games then people are gonna shit on it hard like they do most consoles/handhelds. Remember the 3D...
while I agree it will look better eventually, I wouldn't trust any video of gameplay that is used by the developers to showcase gameplay. Remember how great watch dogs and the division looked at E3? They never looked that good on release.
Casual mode literally would just be nerfed enemies/bosses with boosted stats and more souls gained from kills. People could even use this mode to get to endgame pvp quicker when thats all they want anyways.
As a veteran of the soulsborne series I can surprisingly say yes.
The thing about these games are that they've been marketed as hard and that's why people think they love them. The thing is the series is so much more outside of that difficulty. It has great lore, combat, scenery, enemies, bosses, explorations, variety...its just such an amazing series and its a shame that all EVERYONE focuses on is the difficulty!
Take away the difficulty and it would...
Except your soup being cold is a legitimate complaint. It's more along the lines of going into a restaurant and complaining you're upset because they serve tomato soup and you don't like tomato soup. Then the restaurants manager apologies and changes the menu so they serve tomato and basil soup instead.
It's still sounds like a "fuck you" from the devs but a totally justified "fuck you"
Happy to hear that Phil is happy with Sea of Thieves, lets hope it stays that way.
my main issue with download only is the lack of space for them. I have to constantly delete other games just to play my newer games. Even if I did want to digitally install all my games they wouldn't all be readily available because eventually i'd run out of room and have to reinstall them.
This is also true with disc but at least with a physical copy I have the game in my hand, i'm not depending on someone else's system to keep an eye on all my games. I remem...
I actually love the game, pumped a lot of hours into it but i'm out of things to do. I'm not the type that has to collect everything in the game but i'll go after everything that I want and I got everything that I wanted and achieved everything I wanted.
If they release more significant DLC then i'll return but for now i'm playing other games.
Damn...Resi 6 being placed above 5 just hurts me. Sure I get most people didn't like the direction 5 took but it was at least a decent game. 6 was fucking abysmal, it was monotonous to play and...was just plain terrible. I did one playthrough of all campaigns and couldn't take anymore.
The lack of ammo didn't bother any campaign either, if you built up enough melee damage then you were basically the hulk roaming around raccoon city... One punch to the face and exp...
I don't understand why people just don't invest in a ps2 and the games they want. It would be a cheaper alternative than to just rebuying the games. I know there's a mild inconvenience of setting it all up but seriously...it's not that big of a deal.
This is hard..
XCOM2
FFXV
SF5
Scalebound
The division
Zelda Wii U
Doom
Dark Souls 3
Cuphead
Mass Effect Andromeda
Sea Of Thieves
I know thats more than 5, it became too difficult to wittle them down anymore.
Exactly what Dboy said. They started with one of Playstations best exclusive game series then one of the most requested remakes world premiere gameplay whilst the CEO wore a crash shirt. That beginning hyped the show up for me more than all of the internet combined.
Then it just went sour and ended abruptly. It had so much potential and just never lived up to its beginning. Personally I was "ok" with the show. I enjoyed it and the annoucements but that beginning des...
Playstation Console, Nintendo Console + a gaming PC then you're set. No point in a microsoft console if all there games are going to PC also.
Which one next? whatever comes first I guess. Looks like NX will be released before Neo.
