That's what worries me about backwards compatibility: The games will surely look and run better on an upgraded console but the rest of the content will essentially have to be the same. They won't want to alienate those that own the previous generation consoles by adding new physics; better A.I.; larger, more fully realized worlds, etc. It could easily wind up being an entirely different game if they went that route. They won't be able to make truly next generation games until they...
Read your first sentence. It made me laugh.
Shut up!
Would you recommend the DS4 or Move controllers?
Have you tried it with a DS4? I'm curious how that would fare versus the move controllers.
Anyone (with hands-on experience) know whether it's important to have Move controllers and not just the DS4 controller?
What do 1080p games look like on a 4K TV? I have read that they look a bit blurry compared to running them on a 1080p TV. I'm trying to decide whether to buy a 4K TV but most of my games output at 1080p.
Half the country didn't even vote. You might want to amend that part of your argument.
I remember it fondly as well. I wish they would make a new version of it.
@ Krysis: This is directly from Games with Gold for Xbox FAQ page.
"What happens to my Games with Gold games if I cancel my Xbox Live Gold subscription?
On Xbox One, you’ll no longer be able to access your Games with Gold titles if you cancel your subscription. However, if you decide to renew your subscription at any time, you’ll be able to access and play your previously redeemed Games with Gold titles again."

The problem is that there are usually a handful of trophies (often times more) in most games that require you to look at a trophy guide to figure out what you need to do to unlock them. They don't pop up naturally during the course of most players gameplay experience. I won't go out of my way to earn a trophy that I wouldn't otherwise pickup without having to use a guide. That's for those that want to squeeze every last bit out of a game for value's sake or have a compulsi...
Exactly. I believe most people are missing this crucial point. It's simply a rental of an inferior version of the console version.
I agree that most of those complaining probably don't even try the games offered.
I'm really enjoying this game. It's a been a nice surprise.
Yes you do. And you have to get a bit lucky like I did.
I bought it for 10% off a week ago (plus another 5% using the Target REDcard). Now it's on sale for 15% off, so I called up and asked to have the difference transferred to my REDcard and they told me they couldn't price match their own product during a holiday sale so instead they gave me a $60 gift card. That brought the total from $360, after tax, to $300.
They are including games and extra controllers with the purchase in Canada?
I got mine for $300 new from Target. I didn't expect that sort of deal.
Is the Pro powerful enough to hit 60FPS and improve the graphics on 1080p games that were running at 30FPS?
It seems like I have been reading that it is either framerate or graphics that get improved, but not both. I would think both could be accomplished for many games.
I hope it fixes the movement controls. Controlling the character is so frustrating.
