The reason it is difficult to optimize for PC is because their are thousands of different configurations. Having one more PS4 model which would already be basically the same as the PS4 anyway wouldn't make it much harder for developers. If anything this would be some of the easiest porting they would ever do in their life.
It wouldn't be a new console to begin with. That is why people are calling it PS4.5 not PS5.
Its called diminishing returns. Just because it is more powerful doesn't mean that this difference will result in something huge in practice. someone who has $150 million would have 50% more dollars than someone with $100 million, but ultimately their lifestyles would still be functionally, retty much identical anyways.
The difference on paper between 900p and 1080p on paper is 30% but in practice it only produces differences like this

The main point still stands. Their is no evidence that he was turned into an evil bastard and became a raider because the Railroad programmed him to be one .Or even that a significant percentage of mind wiped synths turn to crime since he is basically the only one actually present, making him the minority of cases. He could have just been someone who made bad decisions and became a raider just like the countless other human raiders out their. More importantly the ga...
As far as the Brotherhood are concerned that isn't entirely true. Their actions when it comes to synths are more due to their xenophobia when it comes to anything that isn't human. They hate synths in a similar way to how they discriminate against non-feral ghouls automatically. It is odd how they think of them as such a large threat since it doesn't seem like an army of synths is even all that impressive compared to an army of guys in power armor anyhow. Then again it is odd how ...
Actually the thing with Libertalia wasn't the Railroad's fault. If you read his terminal in Gabriel's room you find that the Railroad didn't turn him into a raider or anything. He was a normal person who joined the minutemen. When that fell apart he and his group turned to scavenging and mercenary work, but they didn't find enough to feed themselves scavenging and after being repeatedly stiffed on the bill as mercenaries they ended up raiding to ward off starvation. Reall...
DVD' actually are 720p. The last generation (atleast on XB360) was on DVD. So the DVD to Blu-Ray comparison would be similarly small ( If you exclude the additional space on BLu-Ray disks that allow not just for higher resolutions but also much less loss of detail from compression).
PSS: People tend not to want their sons to dress provocatively either (ie. Ryu with his shirt off to show off his six pack, Zangief in his underwear, Vega with his V neck that goes down to his abs)
It still will get cheaper over time. This isn't a case of you paying more for the same thing. This is a case of you paying more because they are adding something else to the package. It would be like an ice cream shop selling something called a Thursday special for $3 bucks. Then later they decided to double the size of the Thursday special. It wouldn't exactly be unreasonable to ask for more money for more ice cream.
If anything Bethesda has done us a favor by not r...
Yes they want to sell more DLC by putting less mod support out there. Which is why they are bringing mods to consoles and making it so there is more mod support out there than ever per player.
Finally you said something about whether or not someone would want their kids to dress this way. Well for one thing if a girl wanted to dress this way of their own free will because they want to enjoy the social benefits that come from it (or for whatever other reason), and you stopped them, if anything you would be the sexist for attempting to take away their free will. And even that is a stretch. There are plenty of people who don't want their kids to go outside just because they haven&...
On another side note the concept of objectification is often overrated/ overused. If an observer sees a scantily clad girl that they don't know and don't particularly want to know, but find them sexually attractive, then in the eyes of the observer their only real use to them is their physical appearance in this one instance. However this isn't very different from having a waiter that you don't know and don't particularly want to know, but care about their ability to take ...
Just because they are made to look good doesn't mean that they are objectified ( at least not in the actually meaningful sense in which they are to be considered objects instead of people). Look at an actually attractive person in real life who dresses provocatively. Even if you think that they are attractive does that make you entirely incapable of viewing them as human beings. Of course not. That is complete and utter nonsense. Your not less of a person just because people like the way ...
You do realize that the price of all the Fallout 3 was $50 dollars right? And from what I can see Far Harbor alone sounds like it will have content comparable to that of many 8 to 12 hour, single player game releases.
Far Harbor is an expansion pack. Apparently it is also the biggest expansion pack they have ever done.
It's a death by a thousand cuts thing. People are very slow to realize what is happening to them if the damage is spread out. Its why people that know very well about things like cancer and diabetes will still smoke and drink a soda with every meal anyways. The consequences aren't until later. If they heard that the DLC for Fallout 3 was going to be $50 from the get go, while social media wasn't quite what it is today it was pretty big, and there would have been a sizable outcry. ...
I think that all of the Fallut 3 DLC was $50 USD at 10 dollars a pop. FNV was about $44 dollars including Gun Runners Arsenal. Really this isn't that different from before.
And there have already been dozens of games that have DLC which eclipse the main game in price. Like how right now The Sims 3 is $20 on steam. All of the DLC packs for The Sims 3 are $19.99 each and cost $379.81 in total.

What if this suddenly skyrockets in price? YOU'LL LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT, DEVORE. "
Something people forget is that season passes don't go away once the DLC is released. They aren't that bad. If you don't like them early you can always wait for all of the DLC and still get a deal. The only difference here is that Bethesda decided to make even more DLC than what was initially covered by the $30 bucks and guess what, those early adopters just get the benefit of an even greater discount. Or if you heard about Far Harbor and think you will like that expansion then yo...
Is there any confirmed source for how many copies either Fallout 4 and/or The Witcher 3 sold. I remember hearing that The Witcher 3 had sold 4 million copies a few weeks after release but I haven't seen anything since then.
