Being less successful than the 360 and not selling well are still completely different things. And Seriously you are really reaching, when trying phrase it in a way that makes it seem like the 360 was a failure or something. Especially when you consider how the 360 sold more games than either the Wii or PS3. And the PS3's lead over the 360 console sales wise really isn't any bigger than the 360's lead in terms of games sold. It is closer to a tie than either one of them coming in ...
The XBox is still selling well. Selling worst than your competition is not the same as being unsuccessful in a business. It isn't like a sport were you are trying to win titles. If the fast food industry was a sport Burger King would have lost to McDonals for 40 straight years, and yet as a business they are still very successful. Right now the Xbox is selling around 7.5 million consoles per year, and is on pace to sell about the same number of units as the Super NES. Is it setting the ...
The faces were fixed about a month after release.
We can't forget about Red Dead Redemption 2
Digital sales are more important than they use to be

The Ultima Blade isn't the best weapon. The Balmung Sword is the best sword by quite a ways. Plus different enemies are weak or strong against different weapons. Just the Ultima blade isn't as good as you think it is.

So you would rather developers never try to improve upon anything, because it is unfair if the game ever gets better. That is complete nonsense. Its such a selfish idea that is completely devoid of any true passion for gaming. Demonizing devs for making their games better is so completely misguided that it is laughable. We should want every game to become as good as it possibly can be. If they didn't release this at all, then those who bought it at release would be no better or worse off....
What would updated turn-based even mean? The most successful turn based game in the land is Pokemon and they haven't changed much of anything. Dragon Age puts more of a focus on pausing the game and attempting to gain a strategic advantage by using the abilities of your entire party and issuing commands in an overhead view before turning back into real-time combat when those commands are carried out. That is a bit closer to a medium than FFXV (and probably would have worked pretty well wi...
FF13 came out 7 years ago. Their scoring conventions have changed in that time. More importantly completely different people reviewed each game. Ryan Clements in 2009 for FF13 and Vince Ingenito in 2016 for FF15. It's unfair to look at it as if everything is the same and that IGN is one voice always singing in harmony. Views differ wildly on games among their own reviewers all of the time. This discrepancy stems from the fact that it isn't an aggregate score. There are too many game...
It is just an enhanced version of the base console. Nothing more nothing less. Pro Controllers aren't committing suicide when they are expensive, because they only ever were for hardcore gamers, who wanted to squeez a bit more out of their machines for a higher price, in the first place.
The Season pass is really just a slightly less expensive way to purchase all of the DLC. It isn't a rip off. The problem stems from most people who talk about the season pass never bothering to actually add up the cost of all the DLC individually. I see a ton of people saying that they only want Far Harbor and Nuka world for quests and so the pass sucks because of the other packs. Never stopping to realize that Far Harbor and Nuka World are $45 dollars separately. Skyrim was very similar ...
I really don't see how you could have forgotten about how prevalent go here and shoot things was in Fallout 3. Honestly in the Far Harbor and Nuka World Dlc's I feel like Fallout 4 is actually more nuanced than Fallout 3 tended to be when it came to its quests and characters with you getting involved in the politics between multiple different factions with clear differences in their ideologies and many of the quests stemming from that. We quickly forget how Operation Anchorage, Broken...
There isn't a need to pay for an expensive upgrade in PC gaming, It is like this, just because and expensive elite controller released for the Xbox mid gen, did that mean that everyone satisfied with the base controller had to rush out and buy it because their controller was supposedly "obsolete". Of course not. You know why. Because the controllers are apart of the same ecosystem and support the same games. This is the same situation with mid gen consoles and the current PC mar...
If upgradeble consoles didn't exist you would still be done buying a new console until the next generation comes around. This change makes literally no difference to you. Its like swearing of game pads on the ground that you hate that a new high end elite controller came out mid gen. As if it not existing and you using your same controller is that much different from it actually existing and you still using your same old controller. If you are so fine with the base model that you don'...
I doubt it. Since they are simply releasing different versions of machines for the same generation of consoles. Even if it doesn't sell all that well it doesn't really matter since its a part of the same ecosystem and relies on the same pool of games with the same install base as before. At worst the top line versions of consoles mid gen will become something niche like buying an elite controller. It will just be a convenience for those who want to pay for a better experience in their...
The word hero actually is most often used as a gender neutral term. The word heroine exists because a female hero is sometimes considered to be a novelty, not because the word hero means male.
Those say that The Witcher 3 shipped almost 10 mil by march 2016 and that Fallout 4 shipped 12 mil day one. That's shipped not sold although Fallout 4 has probably sold that much by now. The thing about these numbers is that as far as I can tell this doesn't include digital sales which probably account for around 50% to 100% more sold games or so.
That game isn't even out yet. It is called One Piece Burning Blood. And it is a fighting game like Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 (which did pretty well) not a JRPG.
Each new number of Final Fantasy is in an alternate universe and a completely different story. So they are pretty much all good starting points. Outside of a few games like X-2 or XIII-2 which are direct sequels.
Kap had already been losing the position battle at QB to Blaine Gabbert (a failed starting QB for a different team and now career back-up) before the protest even stated. His career wasn't really going anywhere at the time. This really dis nothing to screw up his career accept maybe his own future as a career back-up somewhere else. This just goes to show how little you know of the situation
Plus he didn't even kneel initially. He sat for a week and no one even no...
