There isn't outrage because few people have even heard about this.
And considering that it is coming to every other platform including PS4, I doubt this is even a real exclusive deal. The PS5 is backwards compatible anyways, which would make it kind of pointless. I think this might just mean that they aren't sure of when the PS5 releases, and thus won't promise anything.
1/2 to 3/4ths your own weight is basically just a push-up depending on your form. It isn't much, even for a woman. Plus track and field has basically nothing to do with the bench press in the first place.
"What's so great about it? I'm playing it now, almost done with Monarch, bored to death"
Quest design mostly. A lot of time an effort went into crafting these quests. Multiple different options for how to solve problems based on a variety of character builds. The time and effort it takes to think of a variety of potentially logical solutions to quest problems, and then actually implementing so much of that into the game is something that Bethesda has strug...
There is definitely more to the story. He only mentioned 1 work-around that the game made for this style of playthrough. He never talked about what order he did things and why post-Edgewater.
If you are testing the limits of a universe then discussing those limits would be kind of important. It does that for a bit, but then starts to look like a high school essay that just made it past the page minimum, midway through.
This article is really bizzarly short. It basically tells the story of taking out edgewater (the first town in the game), and then skips straight to the end of the game. Kind of an anti-climax.
Great lighting has a bigger affect on visuals than resolutions bumps. Really resolution isn't the most important thing about graphics, it is just an easy number to point too. You could run Oblivion in 8k but it would still lag behind modern day games in a ton of notable area (lighting, animations textures, models). Upgrading all of those would make a much bigger difference than resolution ever could. You just get a better look at a below average picture by focusing just on resolution.
FFXV was on Luminous and still is. KH3 switched to Unreal. FFVII remake was on unreal the whole time.
This really doesn't change as much as people think from a consumer perspective. Sure loot boxes are worse than other types of micro-transactions, but their are plenty of ways to over monetize a game to the point where it is almost just as bad. Heck, in a cruel twist of fate, you could make it so that loot is normally randomized and money is the best way to ensure that you get the specific item that you want. Game designers have countless ways to monetize games without resorting to also ma...

I think people are confused as to what this means. Loot boxes are microtransaction, but not all microtransactions are loot boxes. Basically if all loot boxes disappeared tomorrow, there would still be overpriced costumes in Street Fighter, sponsored skins packs in Minecraft, Overprices outfits in fortnite, expensive insurance to buy in GTA Online, and Pokemon would still be trying to sell you two full priced versions of the same game, just because they swapped out about 10 of the 200 or so mo...
People can make photo-realistic paintings. I doubt there's some arbitrary limit on the fidelity of 3d graphics. Unless consumer level computer tech peaks early and prevents it. Otherwise it is likely that with the proper tools and technology, you could make photo-realistic games. However, just like paintings it would take a master of the craft to pull of and be very time consuming. Relatively few games would even attempt to pull it off completely. Just the elite of the elite studios, with...
$500 in 2020 would be the equivalent of Sony releasing a $400 console in 2006 when the PS3 released. You have to adjust for inflation. A $400 PS5 isn't, $400 in PS4 money. It would actually be really cheap. About $360 in 2013.
No
Red Dead isn't a niche game at all. GTA V just dwarfs every other full priced game ever released and it isn't even close. Red Dead 2's sales are currently somewhere between GTA Vice City, and are closing in on GTA IV and it isn't even a year old yet. At this point it is likely to outsell things like Modern Warfare 2 (If it hasn't all ready) and is a top 50 best selling game of all time. This is just how far ahead GTA V is from the pack.
I always wonder if this includes Playstation Plus games. I'm assuming that the sales charts people use to find attach rates don't count them, which would mean that they're not including in these numbers. If that's the case than what would the attach rate be if they were included?
I'm Pretty sure this includes the PSP and VIta.
Why am I looking at an advertisement for a trailer?
It will probably be cross gen at this point
@Oschino1907 A lot of that simply isn't true. He never attacked the flag to begin with. He didn't say that it looked dumb and anyone who likes it is wrong or that other people aren't allowed to view it as a symbol that represents something different to them than it does to him. He didn't say that the flag isn't a symbol for the armed forces but a symbol of oppression, and that anyone who views it as anything else is wrong. That is just peoples knee jerk reactions to this b...
"Spiderman is a Sony property leased from Marvel. "
That is actually untrue. Sony only has the film rights to Spider-man. Any exclusive Spider-man game deal is something they would have to go out of their way to negotiate separately. It isn't like Sony was being generous in letting Spider-Man be in every Marvel vs Capcom or Ultimate Alliance game.
They simply don't have the right to stop them in the first place without paying for exclusivity like every...
