This kicks the $hit out of the 360 version graphically, character variety, and most likely gameplay wise. However no online kind of sucks :(
Sucker Punch is a great developer. There up there with the likes of Insomniac and Naughty Dog.

And if you want to talk about graphics compare this to Halo 3, I'm preety sure Resistance 2 looks a h#ll of a lot better. Cun+.
Gears of war gameplay can never match anything Resistance is doing. Gears has better graphics than Resistance, but Resistance crushes Gears it's sophisticated gameplay.
The first Resistance didn't look bad. The graphics weren't amazing, but they were far from being bad. The were very few games that looked next gen back then anyway.
CViper glad to see one of the many people that bashed Resistance is coming around. Many people bash Resistance 1, but they continue to forget IT WAS A LAUNCH TITLE. But even as a launch title Resistance: FOM had plenty of potential to become great with more work, and now we have Resistance 2 (what Insomniac has stated this is what Resistance: FOM was going to be).

Too bad the graphics for Resistance 2 don't look the 2nd picture that would kill a$$. But anyway the monster looks cool, but I think you should fight it during a thunderstorm (for some reason I just picture Hale running from this thing with the wind blowing hard, rain pouring down, and lightning flashing through the sky while running through Chicago).
One thing that will help the PSP out is the ability to play your PSN downloads on your PSP that way you can download Pixel Junk games etc... and play them whenever you want.
I didn't buy it yet (Gamefly has it for sale for only $17). But it's not as bad as your making it. It was a flawed, but good game, and I'm looking for to a part 2 as long as they improve all areas of the game.
This is stupid, the game to knock MGS4 is still on a Sony platform which has nearly 3x as much of an install base as the PS3, and let's not forget this only happened in Japan.
Assassin's Creed was a good game. The only problems it had was its repetitiveness and the glitches. If they do make Assassin's Creed 2 then these problems have to be taken care of, and they need to focus more on clarifying the story.

I don't think we need to see anything new from Killzone 2 unless it's something new or innovative for the FPS genre.
The gameplay looks great, but the graphics look like Gear 1. What happened to all the improvements to lighting.
I can't help but think this game is going to be garb-bage. Maybe if they had these match ups it would work.

@ 1.3 I love the speed of Resistance also. It's fast but not crazy fast like UT3.
No online sucks. I would be satisfied even if they did something like Tekken Online, or the online Ubisoft used. Ubi needs to play nice and donate their online.
