It means that after you have completed the game, you unlock the New Game+. You just replay the entire thing again, but you keep your weapon upgrades and stuff. Well thats what happens with most games that have a NewGame+

Well..It sounds like cooperative gamemodes. Which is no suprise. TLOU is not designed to have deathmatches. Cooperative gamemodes seem like a great fit. The coop was awesome with the Uncharted series
