This is exactly the problem people have with the games press m8, seeing politics where there are none.
It's like they either don't remember, or just don't care that games are made to be fun.
DualShock 3 works with the pc, it's not plug n play (you need to install xpadder and motion in joy) but it's a hell of a lot easier to get working on pc than it used to be. Cheaper than a DS4 I imagine, too
Not really. If I remember correctly they said they were going to reboot it a number of months ago, I think REmake HD on PSN and XBLive was supposed to be an indicator of sorts as to how a reboot would do on current gen systems.
If they do go through with it though I just hope they don't balls it up.

I can see where you're coming from Mega and if these were games that were being made anyway then I'd be inclined to agree with you.
However, from what I understand Street Fighter V and Bayo 2 were games that their developers weren't planning to make until Sony and Nintendo, respectively approached them and offered them the cash to make the games. I'm not sure about Tomb Raider, but I'm inclined to believe that it's a similar situation there.

It is an absolutely fantastic game, P4G on Vita was the first Persona/MegaTen game I'd played (to my eternal embarrassment) and I would and have recommended it to anyone any chance I get.
The Persona team has got some amazing people working on it and I really hope Persona 5 is up to the high standards they've set themselves.

And a severe lack of advertising, though that's been par for the course with Sony and the Vita.
I remember sales of the Vita picking up around christmas time when it had a bit of a presence on UK television but they just seem to have forgotten about it again now. It's some of the most unusual handling of a gaming device I've ever seen.

Mostly agree, from what I've seen it's the freemium games that seem to get the most attention on storefronts and TV ads.
The more traditional games (like what we'd see on handhelds) just seem to get thrown onto the online stores and left to fend for themselves, the mobile market has certainly evolved in an odd way.
Personally though I prefer to stick to Vita or 3DS, for me the dedicated gaming devices offer the best experiences.
Some would argue Mario 64, honestly though, I can't choose. They're all great.

Also @Khajiit good list there, though personally I had never considered the RE series to be scary. I think it's because they always had the old 80's B-movie feel. Don't get me wrong though I still enjoyed the hell out of them.

Thing is, we have no idea just what the NX and Nintendos deal with DeNA involves just yet, for all we know they may just be using their network as a way to link a handheld device to a home console over distance, using the handheld as a controller (much the same as a Wii U gamepad).
Also Nintendo do have a bit of a history of not playing too well with other companies such as Sony and didn't they have a bit of a bust up with Phillips as well? So there's no guarantee that anythin...
