Agreed. It looks like someone chucked it into an automatic artistic filter in Photoshop and then sharpened it.
No thanks. As blurry as the original is, I prefer that instead.
You mean pre rendered FMV as it was known back then? And when are you talking about? Any specific period? If we're talking early PS1 FMV, then those got matched, if not even surpassed, in the PS2 era, if you're to take it on a single asset basis, that is. Yes, really.
Anything modern that has full blown CGI cut scenes in it are likely a gen or two behind the curve, because modern CGI is fully photon based ray traced, with complex features like fluid and fabric defor...
Yep. Unfortunately those that haven't tried it still think it's like "strapping a TV to your face". Sigh. Jesus Christ, how is it that kids in the 80's and 90's had more imagination and foresight on what VR was, even before it fucking existed, compared to today's millennial plebs?
Yep, lets defend MS, a company who has all the money, but wants more money, at not pushing the envelope, and instead, waiting on someone else to do all the heavy lifting, so they can just wade in when a market is created, so they can, well, make all the money and claim themselves to be a success. Well, that's how T-Rex arms Phil Spencer invisions it at least.
Brilliant. Sycophant fanboys baffle the life out of me.
3 million what? PSVR's? Actually, its closer to 5 now than 3 million, which is an old official statistic from before the summer of last year.
No interest in VR, you say? Cheerio MS, I say.
Honestly, starting to think your first two consoles were a fluke or a flash in the pan. You did well with the Xbox, 360 was an amazing console, RRoD aside. But now? Well, now you've shown a keen interest only in ploughing yourselves into the dirt. Soon to join the company of Atari, Sega, and Panasonic as console makers of the past, and good riddance. Such a real fucking shame, because, as I said, the 360 era was fantastic, ...
@DillyDilly
"VR is still unproven"
*Looks across room. Sees PSVR headset sitting there after recently using it and enjoying it for 2 years.*
Unproven? I must have been imaging myself using VR and having it working as well as I'd dreamed it would for two years, then. Maybe I'll wake up soon and have some Cornflakes?
Ah, it's just the usual "I got caught taking a shower during a zombie apocalypse outbreak" mod. As you do. Now all we need is Leon running about with his meat and two veg swinging about like a big lump of juicy bait.
Doing the Iranians a favour if you ask me. If only they'd pull the plug everywhere else, the kunts!
@StormSnooper
If you're a Yank, you should stop typing. Typical, hypocritcal shite from your sort as usual. If you're a Brit, then just the same. You allow a far right nutcase into office who believes the world is flat and global warming is a myth. Meanwhile in england, Mrs May is steering the ship straight into an iceberg. Now, off you go and protest! What's that? Too cold outside I hear you say?
Tosser!
Capitalism and greed in a nutshell. Where's there's serious issues, and death from that, there's a way to make more money out of it and never address the real problem, but that's America for you.
Here we go again with this shit.
Every gamer? You're delusional. And so's everyone that left an agree.
EA are EA because EA have many a gamer under their thumb and they sell millions of copies of their games every year. Then you've got those lot paying for their microtransactions. It makes some dance. The rest couldn't give a bollocks and will just buy their next cash cow.
Clue's in the title description there, mate. It's a mod. Not Capcom.
Mr X uses the same logic or programing that the Bakers from RE7 used. Were there multiple versions of them too?
Honestly, people don't half write some shite.
Seriously, that looks incredible for a mod, and it further hammers home that Capcom were talking bollocks when they spoke about "direction" and "vision" for having it over the shoulder and used that as an excuse for having no VR mode. The over the shoulder view is fantastic, don't get me wrong, but playing it this way, and in VR? I suppose it made too much sense and not enough money for the shareholders.
Similar tripe got spoken this time last year. PS5 is about a year and a half away.
Managing damage between events? What, like Dirt, then?
Why is this being spoken about like its a new thing?
1TB on something the size of your fingernail. What is this sorcery? I remember needing a 1mb card for a Playstation to save a game with.
