They won't talk about specs because they're beat, simple as that. Nothing is changing in both sets of hardware so it would make no difference if MS "revealed" the specs or not. It's 8GB at 176Gb/s versus 32MB at a theoretical 192Gb/s. With an averaging out at around 133. A wee bit better than MS previously estimated.
The theoretical peak bandwidth to eSRAM has increased. Thats all.

The PS4 and XB1 share the same "custom" AMD processor. Basically 2 Jaguars duct taped together giving 8 cores in total. The GPU in the PS4 is more powerful. The Move engines in the XBONE are there to move data around the machine but this still falls short of the PS4 due to the superior bandwidth and speed of the PS4.
