The crap people come out with never ceases to amaze me. The denial about framerate from some people is astounding, your eyes are more capable than you give them credit for.
The thing is, this is supposed to be the next generation of consoles, they are more powerful and 60fps is undeniably smoother than 30fps, why are we still using 30fps as the golden standard for gaming?

The bubble system is just a flawed popularity contest. You could get a load of bubbles very easily if you pandered to a certain group on here.

Over rated to you - an individual. To pretty much everyone else the games have been more than great.
It's always funny when people say 'Over rated' because really all it means is that person didn't like it as much, which is called - preference.
There are tons of games that people love that I don't, that just means I don't like them as much, not that they're over-rated.
The difference is Valve have never disappointed when it has come to the games.

I read from people commenting on a similar article about it the other day and apparently missions don't trigger properly after. I skimmed over it a bit, but that was the gist of it.
