Please include the cover system in it, at least as an option. And work on your map design, in the second one there were way too many ways to go around your enemy.
Geohot only found the right path toward hacking the ps3.
Then sony blindfolded him, kicked him in the nuts, spun him around, and shoved him in a dark room and told him "game over douche try again."
wtf are you trying say? miami got next?

buying a ps3 is one time where being an early adopter really paid off.
I have the original 60gb ps3 with full backwards compatibly. honestly, the only reason i really want to keep it is because the new ps3's just aren't as sexy as the old fat ones. lovely machines.
Not even close. PS2/SNES, PS1/NES, gameboy. im sure there are plenty of other consoles worth mentioning as great, but not one from this generation of consoles is great.
cleveland fans can be mad. he didn't have to do the national tv thing. everyone else just wants to hate something.
and all of humanity
Depends on the game. A sports game is not art, as there's no story. MGS4 had an awesome story, so It is a form of art.
Basically if a game has a story to tell, that constitutes art. And if you think about it, gaming is the best medium to tell a story. It's easily the most immersive.
ya, its their job.
ONE company ruins dedicated servers for you?
i see the cartman pic and just laugh
its not their choice now is it?
So Basically this article is saying that its not Madden lacking innovation, its the gamer not seeing their innovation. That is such a crock.
Madden is a failure year in and year out. They take out features, than add them back later so they can say its new. They remove a lot of new features instead of building on them. And Every year they say they've fixed defender ai, blocking, all that, but never do.
It's a showcase of constant redundancy, and empty ...
One things for sure, Cleveland fans will be seriously depressed, at least on the inside.
Again, I didn't say rpg's shouldn't be deep and tactical. I said they shouldn't be complicated to the point of making the game feel like a chore. Who seriously wants to trudge through hours of learning game mechanics that don't actually offer much to the gameplay?
Being simple doesn't equal being dumb, and being complex doesn't equal being deep. As a developer, they should aim for simple, yet deep.
Wrapping your head around convoluted game mechanic's is not fun, and neither are long ass tutorials or huge learning curves.
Basic math disagrees with you Mr. Peckam.
it has one hell of a learn curve. part of that is how different it is from any football game ever made. its very unique. another part is that the tutorials aren't in depth enough. i think thats the main reason for the low review scores. you have to give it time. took me a week to fully enjoy it.
One big thing they need to change is the morality system. If you play one game as good, then a second game as being evil, both play throughs feel the same. You're doing the same quests, and killing the same people, and the ending is always the same. Imagine a point in your life where you had the option of doing good or doing bad. They would both have totally different paths, depending on if you did the good or the bad. The path for a darker character should be totally different from a sai...
