There are a few elements in Destiny that are "borrowed" from Halo which is to be expected as they were the same developer.
Either way i like both games and hoping that Halo 6 is better than 5. I didnt mind 5 and so far have every Halo released.
COD is milking a franchise you get a new one every year by 3 different developers
Halo Wars - Different Genre
ODST/Reach - Spinoffs (not related to Master Chief or the story)
Halo Anniversary/MCC - Remasters which were welcomed by the halo fanbase

No, both games are different in so many ways. Halo has better lore and is a bigger universe.
Destiny has RPG elements which halo does not. Both games should be judged on their own merit and both games have their own fanbase and are good games in their own way.

Because even on the XBOX it will struggle for player count lol. It will still be overshadowed on the xbox one which according to the "other side" is regarded as the FPS box.
Just bury the game and move on
If this game hasnt done well on PC/PS4 then it wont do well on the XBOX.

I liked Halo 5 personally, Destiny 2 is also a massive improvement on the 1st so you should pick it up.

Putting a franchise into different genres is not milking. Its expanding on a franchise.
