Yeah? Keep playing. The first 10 hours or so, I was thinking the same thing. I still think its a great game but it has a lot of little issues that start compiling. Bloodbourne and U4 just kept getting better.
Just wait. At around 10-20 hours in, little things like that will keep compiling until the game becomes incredibly annoying to play. Getting stuck on rocks mid-fight, human enemys snapping into animations when youre trying to get a stealth headshot, plants blocking your view when trying to aim on a hill and geez, some of the voice acting is horrendous. I think people are doing Erkl impersonations...Yet its still a beautiful game that Im glad I bought. Its weird.
