Probably the best game you can imagine for the launch of the Xbox Scorpio.
If this game will be in 4k on the Scorpio and maybe even see a bundle... Minds will be blown.
But hey, the game won't be less fun in native 1080p / 60FPS.

I just played another 90 Minutes yesterday (Time is a factor with a fulltime job, a wife and a 2 year old daughter while trying to build a house.)
And so far I can say it has the best campaign of all Gears games; currently on Act III, chapter 5.
I play on hardcore and will finish it alone, but will re-play it on the hardest difficulty level with a friend.
Didn't even start Horde mode or multiplayer yet. -.-

I played it for a couple of hours now, Act III, chapter III it is I guess. So far: It is awesome.
One thing people always forget to mention: The sounds improved drastically. Not so much gun sounds, but especially the explosions. Turn the volume up!
"More of the same" for a 90+ rated franchise and give it lower scores for it, is beyond stupid. The formula still works and it is awesome.

A 2018 PS5 won't be much more powerful than the 2017 Scorpio anyway. If the Scorpio turns out to be the beast everybody expects it to be, what can Sony do just one year later to significantly outpower it and hit a reasonable price point?

To have a 4K BluRay Player is better than to not have a 4K BluRay Player. It is that simple.
I think that the technical jump is pretty small to be honest. The gap between Pro and Scorpio will be much bigger than PS4 and Xbox One. And you will probably see the difference when it comes to VR.
The games I mentioned will be released between now and Xbox Scorpio. That was my point.

People act like they have never even played a multiplat or played on different devices. Scorpio will be a fucking beast with great support. End of story. Almost Every exclusive game you buy for it comes with a free version for your PC.

1) Facebook in combination with Microsoft is REALLY hard to beat. For basically every company in the world.
2) PSVR is limited to Playstation and VR goes way beyond gaming.

MS should partner with as much OEMs as possible. This is a good start and it is great to chose your personal VR equipment.
Would be really cool to use Rift and Vive on the Scorpio and for the less hardcore gamers these headsets are a good alternative.
