BluRay won a battle that turned out to be one for the niche.
Streaming is the new mainstream.
Then DVD.
Then BluRay.
Then 4K BluRay.
For the physical mediums it is 58% DVD, 37% BluRay, 5% 4K BluRay - in a market that collapsed 50% (!!!) in the past 5 years.

According to AMD leaks it seems to be 9TF and 12TF
But still, 9 TF is 50% more powerful than the Xbox One X. Plus a better CPU, SSD and so on.

PC games look awesome and run on thousands of different systems. There is no holding back here!
I play the crap out of Modern Warfare on PC right now. Everything on Ultra / high, 160 FPS, 1080p and it looks great.
You can run this on a slower machine with less details though and MY experience on a beastly machine won’t suffer f...

CDPR is not a serious option here.
MS acquired GREAT studios. Period. The only thing holding those studios back was the budget.
Obsidian, InXile, Double Fine, etc. all had to pitch their ideas to publishers and ask for money or used crowd funding. MS solved this problem for them.
Budget is not an issue for CDPR though. Every major publisher would give them their right arm for the publishing rights of their next game.

Gears of War 5 on Xbox One X (4K)
RDR 2 on Xbox One X (4K)
Forza Horizon on Xbox One X (4K)
All these were also great looking games. It is not like Sony games were the only or the best ones... Sure, they had their beauties and some were outstanding, but you make it sound like every other developer could just learn from them. That is...
