There are rumors about Bungie and Sega, but I think it might be something smaller like Techland (Dying Light) or Crytek (Crysis).
I doubt it will be a whole publisher like they did with ZeniMax. I mean they will have 25 studios then... this is far more than the competition has to offer.
It will push Xbox consoles for sure.
It will make GamePass even better.

If it was just for GamePass, they could have done the EA Play - Deal, which was probably much cheaper than an acquisition.
There will be lots of full exclusives (Xbox / PC) coming from Bethesda.
