I haven't even seen the video, but the 240hz discussion was the best one ever. My 60 fps game looks better now because my TV can display 240 fps :D :D :D

Halo offers something other games can't. A deep deep story, over the top action and excellent comeptitive multiplayer.
Gears of War for example features the over the top action, but the story is very basic and the multiplayer just a shotgun festival.
Uncharted offers the action and a nice story, but multiplayer is just not working too well.

The hardware devices shown were absolutly awesome. I have no interest in tablets, because they are not good enough to replace my laptop and not portable enough to replace my smartphone. The "laptop" from Acer with dual touchscreen looked great. The one from dell, too.
Seriously, the iPad is way way worse than these machines. But hey, there is an Apple on it, so people will pickt it up anyway.

I want 3D without glasses, then I am in. I read that Toshiba / Sharp were the first ones working on it. Sony and Samsung followed closely.
My bet is: Current 3DTVs are like "HD Ready" TVs. Top end for no longer than 2-3 years before you have to get a new one to get the real deal. It sucks to be an early adopter sometimes.

MS just said they shipped more than 8 million, so 7 million sold to consumers is not far off at all. 1 million Kinect in stores is quite big if you ask me. 7.5 million might be closer to reality.
Things I would love:

MS just catching up is BS. Xbox 360 was the first console Netflix worked on. Heck not long ago u still needed a disc to use Netflix on the PS3.
Can you control Netflix with your hands and voice on PS3? Serious question. I don't know if it works with Move or PSEye.

so the real number is probably about 7.5 million in consumers hands, which is a lot more than even the most optimistic analysts, gamers or shareholders expected. This basically guarantees great 3rd party support for the future.
The ratio was more than 50% are gold subscriptions. --> about 16 million gold users.
That is close to 1 billion USD revenue. Remember the price in Europe is 60 Euro, not USD. So a European XBL account is basically 79 USD.
Plus if there are users renewing 3 months-memberships it is more than 60 USD / Euro per year, because four 3-months subscriptions for a year are more expensive than one for 12 months.
For those who are arguing about sold / shipped:
Ballmer said OVER 8 million sold / shipped. Later it was clarified that almost every Kinect is sold to consumer instantly. So 8 million sold through is not far off, because they shipped MORE than 8 million.
If there is anyone telling me Move sells better than Kinect, I will have a laugh. No competition at all.
It is CES, not E3. I think the biggest thing would be the new tablets running Widows 7. Then a way to expand Windows Mobile and some Kinect features. Expect something like 1vs100 or game room, but you won't here something like Halo, Fable or perfect dark.
So Kinect does not count again... are we still there yet? Not long ago the same people told me that Kinect will fail and PS Move will win. Now Love us basically irrelevant and Kinect is still selling like hotcakes and gets the support from the industry, but these game do not count anymore.
