Yep, in the interview with GameTrailers.
They're concentrating on other aspects of the game instead.
Apparently, those who use this view are in the lower 5% of those who actually play the game. I call bs. I really don't know what to think about that.
It's an open world game, where you are dumped in, with no objective but survive. It's permadeath, so if you die, everything you've worked to gain, over days, weeks or more, is lost.
This puts real fear, and carefulness into the players.
Supplies are extremely limited, 3 rounds and you're doing well.
You make friends, enemies, all real people who can turn on you, kill you and take everything you have. It's intense. It's like being in a real zom...
They already confirmed NO cockpit view...
I'm not sure that I'm excited anymore.
I hate to say it, but Nintendo has been on the decline lately.
Sure, they're selling hardware, but no one is buying games. If games don't sell, no one is going to make them, and thus the systems are going to eventually fail once consumers finally give up on that brand loyalty. It may take time, but trust me, unless Nintendo does something different, they're time is coming.
First and foremost, EA wants to make money.
If no one buys the Wii U, then EA will not invest.
SOLD!
I hope you cleaned up after.
:P
To be honest, I played the close quarters maps, and I felt like it was a bit disappointing.
Less game modes, only 4 maps, and no real reason to keep playing except a couple more guns. Even the teamwork element is busted.
All that, for a 1/4th of the cost of the full game...
Nah. You guys have been had.
This is why I didn't buy premium. I knew the next title was right around the corner, which is fine by me.
I love BF3, and I can't imagine they'll do anything but improve for Battlefield 4.
Although, I almost wish they would put all their time into the multiplayer. I think most gamers only play the single player campaign once...I know I never touched it again.
Because Microsoft owns the service...
the developers have no say whatsoever who Microsoft allows to access their service.
Heck, developers have to PAY Sony to provide demos to users.
Power to the Players, for real this time.
It would make sense from their point of view.
A Hardware company (Sony) plus a Software Company (Microsoft). I'm not sure how they could be stopped at that point...
but for our sake I am hoping for competition.
MS vs Sony is great for consumers.
Graphically I don't see any improvements, but gameplay wise it's looking much more interactive, open, and overall just more interesting.
Wow, looks awesome too me!
I know Crysis isn't for everyone, but I'm a huge fan of the series.
Can't wait to give this one a go. The levels look pretty open, at least in this scene.
That's been gone for a while. Crysis 2 just implements it into sprinting.
My girlfriend climbed Yosemite Falls with me, twice, in one weekend. That's like climbing 4 and a half empire state buildings with a 30 pound backpack on, in the 100 degree heat. 12 hours total climbing. Could you do that?
Women are capable, just like men. Get out of here AntioneDcoolette, you're old dated sexist opinions are not valid in the modern world.
I guess their R&D team is bored?
I personally will pay 199 for a Wii U.
I'm sure I'll be waiting on a price drop.
But then again, I'm a poor college kid again,
Because they like gaming?
I love Codemasters, and they do great work ( on both pc and consoles), but I will sorely miss the cockpit view.
I'm really not sure I can play a racing game without it at this point.
