Looks pretty slick. I know my rig with 2 video cards can't run that game at 60fps.
Amazing game, but horribly optimized. I hope the fact that the next one will run on consoles will help with people on pc being able to run it well. I mean, if it runs on consoles, it will run on any modern gaming pc.

This is for DEVELOPERS only. So they can run test, and debug their games easier. Keeping more tools in ram speeds up development time.
This does not effect retail/consumer consoles at all. We will all be getting our good ol 512mb consoles. No 1gb systems will ship to consumers.

Pc is an easy port from the 360. I know a lot of pc gamers that would enjoy it. I'm betting 6 to 9 months after the 360 release.

I hate open world games. I feel like it kills the story, and objectives get boring at that point.
I've had one open and played with it. Standard laptop drive. Sure it has a funky adapter hooked to it, so it can plug into the 360. But other than that, very standard 5400rpm drive. Just like Sony. That's why I refuse to upgrade mine.

Anyone have any luck with Vista 64? I run the application after extracting, and nothing happens. Can't right click the program to run in compatiblitiy mode either.

I only play the occasional exclusive on my PS3 (Metal Gear, Uncharted, etc).
for blu ray. I imagine a lot of other people have as well.
It out performs most other blu ray players in terms of speed, and being future proof(updates are pretty nice).
